The staff was friendly and very professional. The room was clean and there was enough supplies for each of us in the room. We did not need to go ask for anything. It was on the prices side.

Beds felt pretty good Felt really old. Could use some updates. Smelled old as well. My wife has a very sensitive sense of smell. She wanted to leave as soon as she walked through the front door.

The room is clean and the staff were so friendly. And the breakfast was so delicious. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed 6 members in a single room with 2 queen beds and 1 extensible bed sofa in the room. If you're looking for all the amenities, bf, comfortable and local place near to the tourist spots it's a best choice to go. There's lot of parking space. It's near to meijer and for easy to go for the nearest tourist places. The check-in time was so flexible that the last check-in time is till 6 am, the other day, while the others were lasting till 10pm only. It's just 40 min drive from munising/pictured rocks. There's coffee inside the room and the restroom is so cleaned but, there's no handwash in it(just wanted to let you know).

Disappointed with breakfast bar which was very minimal, room coffee tasted terrible and breakfast bar coffee wasn’t much better. Having to get ice on first floor instead of the 2nd floor my room was on. A lot of noise outside my room above and in the hallway outside my room. Couldn’t figure out how to open and use the room safe. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way with night time street lights shining into the room right where I was trying to sleep.

I feel the stay was not worth the cost. My first impression walking into the room was a strange smell that I can't quite describe. Throughout the first night, we had to listen to stomping on the floor that seemed to be coming from above our room. It went from 9PM until 3 AM. I know because it woke me up multiple times throughout the night.
