Rooms were clean, spacious, and well stocked. We had to add a night onto our reservation last minute and the staff were so helpful and understanding. Overall it was a great stay! It’s located in a very good spot in Marquette allowing for easy day drives to fun and breathtaking tourist destinations in the U.P!

Hotel was nice. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was a disaster. There was no place to sit, there were so many people that it was impossible to get any food.

It is a very nice hotel.

The room was very nice and the front desk was very friendly. Around ten something in the evening the fire alarms were going off. Because of a kitchen fire and we all had to go out. This only lasted about three hours before it was all clear to go back in. The manager or staff talked with me about how I wanted to proceed with the night. I said my cousin and I would stay. Because we were on the third floor. Really nothing, it will be a night to remember.

Awesome customer service, clean rooms, bed slept great! My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a shower liner so the floor kept getting wet when I showered..

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly before our arrival, seems as though the toilet and surrounding floor area were forgotten (overlooked by a lot). The shower head is extremely low, definitely not for tall people. The breakfast is very nice, halls are kept clean and the outside of the building was kept up with.
