Quiet, comfortable room. Staff were very friendly.

I liked the ability to control the AC and how the room size was nice and comfortable. The location was great! It was right near NMU. But the power outage made it disappointing not to be able to use the amenities I was promised. And hearing the staff arguing about it was a little disappointing.

Great Location, Clean, Accommodating If you are a coffee drinker, bring a thermos. The cups they provide are 6 oz shot cups and they use the silver second hand church coffee canisters with the plastic lever dispensers. A 21st century update is desperately needed.

Location was excellent for traveling to nearby area scenic locations. The staff is so friendly, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub, sauna area was great. Breakfast was very good, too.

Spacious room, good location the hotel is starting to show it's age. While we enjoyed our stay it could use a cosmetic upgrade.

Free coffee and lemon water in the lobby 24/7. The pool was a good temperature, and there was a large hot tub and a sauna room. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Arriving and parking are kind of annoying due to the divided highway. You have to drive past the hotel to turn around then enter and the parking lot is shared with a restaurant so it is hard to find parking at night. Otherwise the location is very easy to get to from the main roads.

Breakfast was very limited, but it was good. Only complaint was the Internet. 1. Non secure connection, and throttled to 15mb/sec. Don’t think it ever went over 3mb/s.
