Clean room, great price

They do remote check in and our code didnt work. We called and had to pick up a physical key 2 hotels over. Inconvenienced but everyone was helpful. Clean room. Noisy by the roadway!

The bathroom heat was on high the whole time. Sink was stopped up. Fridge doesn't keep food cold. Door code didn't work. Bd soft and hurt my back.

It’s not a great place, but if you go in with low expectations it is sufficient. Room smelled of smoke yet is no smoking. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom could be updated. Linens were clean. Again lower your expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Its a cheap older small hotel room. But it was clean and staff was helpful. Location is good.

When we got there the check in code for the door was wrong had to call the staff which answered right away and gave the correct code for the door. The shower was hald broken the water came out the shower head and lower bath faucet at the same time wouldn't adjust properly. Bed was comfy and the place wqs quiet tho. Ice machine didn't really work or it was out of ice. Not a bad place for a quick sleep just wish the shower was working properly

This property is un fit to live in. Absolutely disgusting drug addicts hanging around property beds not clean, absolute pig sti avoid at all costs

Stains on carpet, stains on chairs, ceiling tiles stained and falling down. I couldn't sit on the chairs without putting a towel on it. Room stinks of cigarette smoke and dirt. I would rate this place as low as bad gas station bathrooms. Expedia's reputation is being hurt sponsoring such a filthy place.

Not a great experience.

The overall accommodation was not great, but was kind of what I had expected. The main issue was with the check-in process. The motel claims that they had sent an email detailing the exact address of the office as well as the room number and the lock code to enter the room. Unfortunately, I did not receive that email from Expedia until the following morning. As a result, I spent almost an hour trying to find the office which was slightly offsite and had a lot of difficulty getting my room lock code because I only have data and they cannot send via email. After an hour when I did get to the room, the cleaner had just started cleaning the room so I had to wait another 15 minutes while she finished. The motel claims that they are not responsible to forward the email to me as that is the responsibility of Expedia.

This place was so dirty and had blood on the floor and smelled so bad that I did not stay and had to find and pay for another hotel. My advice do not book this hotel. Honestly it should be shut down. It I could give it a minus star I would, absolutely horrible and I am not a picky person.

I liked the self check in/out process. I was taught if, you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.

“Nonsmoking rooms” REEKED of cigarettes. We left with all of our clothes and ourselves smelling like smoke/cigarettes. Door code also didn’t work upon arrival.

Biggest issue we had was people living in rooms on either side of us were smoking weed in their rooms while children were there. We smelled it later at night the first night and other room at 9am next day when a kid exited the door and smoke was rolling out
