Cedar Motor Inn

My room did not have a blow dryer. The television was very small and required two separate controls. Breakfast left much to be desired. There were cobwebs in the stair wells. While the rooms appeared to be recently renovated the exterior needs a lot of work.

This was a solid place to stay if you're looking for a good location with clean rooms. It's less than 10 minutes from the downtown area and local hiking/biking/running trails.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Very accommodating and on the ball. The room was very clean; smaller than I expected, but perfect for one person. Would stay again.

At midnight while we were in bed someone tried to get in then one of the staff opened the door scared the heck out of us.

The rooms were spacious and nice. Lots of pillows and towels. I had trouble managing the tv and once the sadly overburdened clerk was able she came to the room and resolved the problem within two minutes. An additional person on staff a bit longer would have helped though the clerk was doing very well despite being inundated. She deserves a raise.

This motel was okay for the price. There is not much to do in Marquette & parking is murder. The continental breakfast is okay considering. This is a dog friendly motel & the carpet smells accordingly. I wish motels would go over to hard floors especially since animals are now allowed in the room.

Room was not ready at 4 pm , property is old and under renovation. Ok for a quick stop .

I had a really good stay. There were no issues at all. The staff were very nice and friendly. I did have a little bit of a noisy ac unit. But nothing too bad. The room was quiet and very clean. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or anything but my next trip there I will.

Was not happy they opened our door at midnight while we were in bed

Place was nice and clean, room was nice and cold. Downside they only gave you one pillow per person and they were very flat.

Breakfast definitely continental- muffins, cereal, French toast sticks and round egg patty - that’s about it Good for one night stay traveling

Happy helpful staff. Clean room, but AC was very loud and had to turn it off to sleep. Retro decor.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay!

The lobby is very cute. I think half of the hotel is remodeled but the side we stayed on was not. It was not very clean and no one cleaned the room during our two night stay. There were cobwebs and pealing paint in the bathroom and the carpet has seen better days. The sheets also had stains on them. The pool and hot tub looked nice. The breakfast was nice and the area for breakfast was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. A bit overpriced for the state of the room.

A very affordable and nice place to stay for families. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities, and the breakfast is convenient. The staff are very professional and kind as well.
