It was really clean and staff were lovely

This my second time in this hotel but This time was one of the worst all-inclusive hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this hotel. The buffet was extremely disappointing. The food lacked variety, and it was obvious that many dishes were simply recycled from previous meals. The quality was poor, repetitive The evening entertainment was equally disappointing. with very limited activities and boring shows that failed to create any enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Entertainment staff need to be more welcoming and friendly our room wasn’t properly prepared. Towels were missing, pillow covers were not provided, and the complimentary water was never refilled as expected The most disappointing part of our stay was the customer service. When I called reception to report an issue ( lack of umbrellas at the pool ) the receptionist was rude and completely unprofessional. Rather than listening and trying to resolve the problems, he spoke in an impolite manner that made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience.

I’ve had a great experience in this hotel one of the best specially Hasna she look after us and help us to the booking at the special restaurant delicious food thanks to chef amine and Reda and aisssa for the great welcoming at the restaurant

Nothing Food, service, room

The rooms were very clean and the meals were very sumptuous. I particularly loved the reception especially with Hasna. The walkway to my room was dark and needs more lightening

Khadija and Lamyae were absolutely fantastic. I complained at the réception one evening. Next day they called to understand the issue, apologized and made sure the rest of my stay was as good as possible. Thanks to them, they made my stay super enjoyable. Thanks you ladies i will certainly come back because of you! Could have a bit more entertainment for kids 10 years old.

Great workers Internet was very bad from the room. Literally no connection

The staff was very kind, the place was very clean and the option for free transfer into the city was very useful. The Wifi was weak on the 1st floor of the apartments, the food could have been a bit better as it often caused some stomach troubles - but that is common in Morocco.

The room that was given to us was excellent. Spacious and very chic with 2 bathrooms. Both lunch and dinner are also excellent considering it is a a 4 star hotel. The pool water could be a bit cleaner. The room was not sound proof and we could hear our room neighbours all the time. Lunch and dinner were very good but breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Calm hotel with very nice environment.. really good food and drinks, really suprised with the food on the bar, one of the best ones, a lot of options and really good ones, usually just have burguers fries and pizzas, but in here you have omelettes, very good hot sanduíches, salads, really good. Rooms very clean and good size..
