The hotel is located near a road with heavy traffic, so it was quite noisy in my room, even with the windows closed.

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the pool area was nice, and the breakfast had a good variety. The location was convenient for getting around Marrakech. The only thing missing was a café or coffee shop inside the hotel where guests could relax and enjoy tea, coffee or other drinks during the day.

The breakfast is nice, with a variety of food including fruits and fleshly pressed juice. It is good that they don't close the breakfast by 10am sharp, which allowed my son to get food. The employee behind the juice table is sometimes moody, he refused to serve me glass of fleshly pressed orange juice for no reason.

Pool view room - triple beds- clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit older but clean and safe. Breakfast buffet options were great- attentive staff. Loved the pool area and little poolside cafe. Location was great- secure under group parking and right across the street from the Marrakesh train station. We took taxis into main parts of town- about 19-15 min ride. Hotel staff arranged an expedition into Agafay desert which was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again! Maybe greet your new guests with a cool drink upon arrival.

Very accommodating staff. Good location - although its a 45 min walk into the Medina -- but a 10 Euro taxi. Good for travelers coming in/out by train as the station is directly across the street. The breakfast was very good. Room was nicely sized. Mattress was quite firm coming from Western standards.

Very lovely and clean

Very noisy location We arrived at the hotel after a long flight from Florida. The front deck representative noticed that we are very tired,and still give us a noisy room on the second floor.

Central Nothing

The pool was constantly freezing cold and the food from the pool bar was below par, the burgers constantly came out raw. Not just mine but other people in our group.

In the wvening hours we wait too long for meal or drink

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable with a nice pool. Although the hotel is full, it is calm and relaxing. The location is very convenient with shopping mall, nice restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. It is a short taxi ride away from the tourist attractions. It is within pickup area of all tours.

Lovely room with pool view. Restaurants were convenient with good food.
