The room was big and clean with nice bathroom One staff by the desk treated me like shit. As if I wasn’t worth of the facility. Was too early in the morning to be talk to with such disrespect.

The hotel is spacious The indoor pool wasn’t heated enough—I was literally shaking at first. The food was disappointing. There are three restaurants: An open buffet offering Moroccan, Italian, French, and English dishes A Moroccan restaurant An Italian restaurant You have to book in advance to get a table at the Moroccan or Italian restaurant, but honestly, they’re all the same. I booked dinner at the Italian restaurant and was really disappointed. It was basically a reduced version of the buffet—same food, just fewer options. The “Italian” dishes were a tasteless pizza, genuinely awful spaghetti, and a lasagna I didn’t even dare to try. The bar is also quite limited, especially when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks.

I like that it definitely had a Moroccan vibe. This is our second time at a Riu and we could already tell it was lower than the standard. The facilities were visibly rundown. The AC kept making a weird noise that was never fixed and some nights the hot water wouldn’t work in my mom’s room. We had to go get her a new key at least 5 times cause it wouldn’t work as well. The food was also subpar. But the most annoying thing was that they didn’t have an iron in any of the rooms and we spend the entire stay asking for one without ever getting it. Apparently they only had a few to share amongst guests and it was never available.

Water leak in the bathroom

A lot available Furniture a little worn but high volume hotel

The receptionist hung up on us when we were asking him for an extra 5 mins to leave the room. It was 12pm and my baby had just woken up and we needed 5 minutes to pack and leave. The big room we had as a family was spacious but I wish it was divided inside to make 2 bedrooms separated by a door.

The tea was mediocre at best.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel is clean and pleasant pas assez de transat disponible

I liked how big it is, calm spot. Good for value Didn’t like how slippery the floors are, how unclean the rooms are, too many cockroaches in the bathrooms at night, malfunctioning AC unit. The food options weren’t the best, bad quality meat for Eid period especially.

I liked the room decor and pool was gorgeous size The room was absolutely boiling for me personally. One of the other rooms we had as a group was wonderfully cool so guess it was luck of the draw but very difficult considering it was 38 degrees Also received my room key at 11pm for one of the rooms on the first day but couldn’t be offered late checkout on the last! Location is quite far from centre and also other excursions. Food on final day gave 2 of my group food poisoning :(
