Probably the most stylish hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Service was exceptional, the grounds are immaculate and just the right facilities for a boutique hotel. Watch out for laundry - we paid £100 for 2 shirts and a basket!!

The hotel is not huge and provides a really welcoming and personal touch. The room we had (with garden and small pool) was lovely. The staff really made the stay. We were so well looked after and the food was fantastic too. After a few days staying in the Medina we loved relaxing by the pool in the sunshine.

We loved the property, it felt brand new and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Unfortunately there was a private event on at the hotel during our stay so we weren't able to use some facilities which we weren't notified about before our stay, or on our arrival but the staff did do an exceptional job at making us feel prioritised.

Beautiful building, rooms and surroundings. The smell everywhere is exquisite! Stunning styling creating a real feeling of calm. The staff are all charming, they did a magnificent job to keep us all so well looked after despite Ramadan. Thank you to everyone. We will love to return.

An exceptional place to visit. Luxurious with a personalised touch. The rooms are huge, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the whole establishment is kept immaculate. The staff are friendly and so accommodating. The GM was so helpful in booking different restaurants, bars and drivers - nothing was too much trouble. The food was incredible also! Ksar Char Bagh was a real gem ❤️

magical place, utterly unpretentious with impeccable service. nothing too much trouble and the rooms are relaxing with access to lots of private areas. highly recommend the restaurant , the raspberry and thyme sorbet is lush beyond words as is the raspberry jam at breakfast. 20 mins in a taxi to Marrakech proper to watch the sunset from rooftops or soak up the atmosphere in the Medina. we will definitely go back - 4 days and we felt utterly refreshed . Chosing to stay at Ksar Char Bagh definitely upgraded our trip!! The location is idyllic for those who look for a resting&indulging place with the convinience of enjoying the busy live of morocco (just a 20’ ride from the hotel) at anytime! With a design inspired by the Alhambra, masterfully executed in spectacular villas and unique rooms it is all managed by an exceptional team. Both the director and the front desk team deserve a special mention for their tireless dedication to the well-being of every client. Don’t miss out on their spa, where the special massage for golfers proved to be highly recommendable! Without a doubt, we plan to return sooner rather than later.
