Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hostel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We had such an excellent time at Palais Mirage. We spent two nights there, the junior suite was clean, cozy and comfy, the bathroom was spacious and nice. The breakfast was great, you could order a fresh Msemen, crepe or omelet. Especial thanks to Afan who made sure that our stay is prefect, and Meriam at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff as well.

the whole experience was fantastic! I had suite 18 and the staff used the area as a cross through the whole day, so was a lack of privacy.

Affane was very kind and made the difference !

The staff were all very helpful And friendly, including the restaurant and the spa was wonderful- lovely staff! The food was a large selection and tasty. The cocktails did not taste like they do in Europe or North America. The cocktails- margarita,

Nice, clean and calm I didn't like the stuff of the breakfast. They kept me on hold when I asked for pancake with no answer.

The room was a good size Staff didn't speak much English, breakfast options were limited, service was slow and there were not many facilities within the hotel, they had an old pool table outside which is in bad need of some care along with the pool ques, pool was a little tired with tiles coming off. It's also far away from the centre and there is absolutely nothing to do in the area. Taxi each way is 150DIM

very beautiful hotel, the views are like being somewhere far away in the exotic..tall palm trees, beautiful pool, smaller heated. we got a very large good room with a huge terrace, delicious breakfast, delicious food according to the menu We recommend!

Great king size bedroom, great size and had a great terrace to sit and enjoy. The pool area was nice with plenty of loungers and towels available.. Some of furnishings in the hotel are a tad tired and would benefit from a refresh. However our overall experience was not good at all in terms of the food and the service. Twice we waited over an hour for our meal to come and the second time the chicken I was served was raw. I sent it back and the response was that the chef said it was how it should be cooked. The communication with staff and level of care was very poor. I would not recommend staying here.

All staff were very accomodating, attentive and kind. The place was spacious, calming and serene. The food was equally delicious. I’ve been recommending this place to my friends and colleagues! Shout out to Nas and the rest of the staff! We had a memorable stay! The taxi did not arrived on time and we almost missed our flight. But the Mirage staff sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and made up for it.

Very friendly staff, very clean, very spacious lovely rooms. Lovely food. Service is slow - often you have to go looking for your order! This may be becouse it was Ramadan and perhaps the staff were tired from not eating. For the money the place is excellent. Pillows a little hard but bathrooms fabulous. I would encourage people to go if on a budget. As said, excellent value for the money. pillows hard, rooms too scented. Service slow.

Wow what a beautiful hotel real peaceful away from the hussel and bussel we got a room upgrade from Nas hotel manager really gave us the best vip treatment even decorated my room within 40mins for a request kids really enjoyed it Can’t really say ran out off orange at breakfast
