Needs a lot of updates

The food it’s all for européen and other nationality but for arab it’s very bad and all food are cold

The pool side is amazing The food and restaurant service staff was amazing The checkin was horrible we arrived at almost midnight and we were assigned a first room with more than 20 bugs with no appearence of previous cleaning , we went back to the checkin asking for a room change we were then shocked my the behavior of the reception asking us to wait whole they finish a group checkin while we were holding s newborn in our hands coming from casablanca only asking for a room change we were assigned another room we asked the receptionist to make sure that it was s good room she told us yes font worry we held our baby and went to riad five were the electicity was cut and where we found the worst suprise our room was actually non operational and still under construction, furious mad and disappointed we dragged our feets and our child to the reception ( which was a 2 floor up and down TRAVEL + 5 minutes walk ) , we made a scandal at the reception and finally we had a decent room but the welcoming experience was deplorable, also there is a huge accessiblity problem we had a stroller and were obliged to lift ot to the second floor since there is no elevator at the property a ground floor room would have been much appreciated

One of the staff members at the buffet restaurant, who seemed to be a supervisor and an older man, unfortunately showed behavior that didn’t reflect the hospitality expected. He was taking plates from guests’ tables with an angry expression. He even took my plate while I was still eating. When I told him, he slammed the plate back on my table in front of my kids. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name or face clearly. If I wasn’t on vacation and trying to avoid stress, I would have escalated the situation further. This is actually our second stay at the hotel — we first visited in June and came back in July because the kids really liked it. But encounters like this with staff make you reconsider booking again in the future

Hotel was great. Was busy but you wouldn’t know as has so much space. No air con in the room, was boiling at night.

The breakfast is lovely is only the location is far from main centre Let them make sure the room have aircoditioner bcos some time is hot and we can’t open the door bcos of fly or other insect

Pools, restaurants etc were nice. Plenty of choice at the restaurants. Bar staff, unless you tip you get ignored. The bar could be relatively empty, there would be 5 or 6 staff serving, you get ignored for a few minutes each time. Bizarre. Until I saw someone tipping, then it all made sense. If you want normal service tip.

Attentiveness of the bar staff. With nobody else at the bar and 5 or so staff, they still make you wait

Shuttle access was good and cheap Waterpark wasn’t on Food wasn’t good

I had amazing time as solo traveler staff was making sure I had everything I need especially I want to thanks Amin he was simply amazing , I would definitely stay there again

The area, entertainment, food, and rooms The hygiene is not good enough hygiene. The cutlaries are not well cleaned
