Stunning property! I cannot tell you how magnificent this place is. We were treated so well. Attention to detail second to none. This is hands down top 5 of the best places I ever stayed and I am a seasoned business traveller. Pictures are exactly as they are and the grounds are magnificent. The spa is fit for a royal! All the staff are exceptional in service. They made our family girls trip so amazing. Away from the hustle of the Medina is this oasis. We loved the Medina but was good to escape back to our slice of paradise. Please note this is a relaxation luxury destination. Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom villa with pool and in March the pool was freezing even though temperatures were high! The manager explained that only the main pool was heated but we didn't know so check in advance! They did offer a room upgrade for thr next visit.

Beautiful place. Lovely staff except for one thing… Arriving at this place I was so excited. I came here for a few nights as my birthday trip with my sister. There were not many people staying here at the same time as us so basically we had the whole property to ourselves with about 2 more families that we barely saw….it wasn’t until we checked out and I went to pay the taxi driver that I realized all the money was taken out of my wallet by the cleaning staff. Money was stolen out of my wallet by the cleaning staff. Beautiful place but there are thieves on the property. I went back and read some reviews on TripAdvisor and Google just to confirm and I see that this was mentioned before aka not the first time. So just an fyi lock up your belongings. All in all, I do think it was a little overpriced for the thievery and quality of what you actually get (outdated room/tv/phone/ food/drinks OK nothing to rave about)

The water in the swimming pool is very cold and there is no heating, the water is very dirty, the bathtub is outside the villa and very dirty, there are many insects, the TV is old and the screen is small and does not work well, the windows are big and the curtain does not cover the light, the bathroom in the villa is small and the bathroom in the suite is big, and other things that do not need to be mentioned

This hotel is simply wow! The rooms are amazing, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the quality of food and service at the restaurant is very good. In other words, everything was simply perfect! I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip in Marrakech. Everything was perfect

The palace itself was great. Its gardens and water plans are exquisite and the whole environment is quiet and relaxing. It helped relax and recharge batteries. The food was just amazing and very imaginative. The rooms are clean and nice, still I believe that they can make some effort on equipment renovation. The staff and the reception and room services are good too and the people are very friendly and professional. I believe that there was nothing to dislike completely.

The resort is nicely done with a buateful design, but that is not enough. If you are being ripped off, you will not enjoy it They over chargeed me and refused to refund it back to me also i was trying to contact the hotel manager daily for 6 days, and every time, they said an excuse, and they promised he would call me back, but he never did he ignored all my calls and I think he is avoiding my calls wich is extremely unprofessional behaviour from a manager of such a resort I don't pay that much money to be treated that way.

EVERYTHING!!!!! THERE WAS NOT ANY SPOT THAT WE DID NOT LIKE, EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT!!!

Very luxurious hotel. The staff were so polite, welcoming and eager to please. The breakfast selection was more than enough. On the few occasions of having lunch and dinner we were more than impressed by the choices and service. The facilities were outstanding along with the gardens. Highly maintained and well manicured which created a beautiful backdrop to our surroundings. A few minor snagging observations in our room, left scope for improvement. The bathroom lighting was poor and there was no magnifying mirror. Our interlocking bedroom door would not close fully. (106/107) although neither of these issues spoilt our stay. The two parrots caged in the grounds, despite being beautiful birds, left me heavy hearted in their restricted environment whilst being situated by lush surroundings that they were unable to spread their wings and fully enjoy!

The property is beautiful to look at with stunning gardens but the staff at front desk either need to be retrained or replaced. Not accommodating, helpful or kind. None of the pools in the property are heated so we couldn’t use any. There’s no jacuzzi in the spa and when I inquired about it at the front desk, the reply was so condescending. Breakfast buffet is lovely albeit the guy making eggs, can’t cook eggs. The rooms are old and everything seems worn out. I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the money. I had a much nicer experience at a nearby hotel for the same amount of money

Staff were wonderful, attentive, helpful and caring. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at - the grounds are stunning and immaculate. Facilities excellent and first class food (the light meals menu in particular are world class) Travel time to central Marrakech. Only an issue is you want to go into town regularly but worth keeping in mind - it’s a good 20-30 mins.

they need to repair and take care of the details of the place.

Closing time of swimming pool( 6pm sunset at 8.30pm)

The style and feel of this property is nice and the spa is good. But it’s dated. I visited this property 8 years ago and it was amazing now it’s badly maintained and nothing works and it’s badly kept the grounds are dirty and the staff don’t listen or don’t care. The food is well decorated by badly cooked. Overall I wish I never came back.
