Facilities and the staff as well as food were all great. Loved the pool. The plumbing seriously requires renewal - water stays in sinks and shower. The sun beds, gym (!!!) and the territory around the pool could be much cleaner.

Breakfast, quietness, decor, staff Open shower plan. Also one thing which made me lower my score. Whilst staying there the staff were amazing and met all expectations and requests. However I needed something after I left, I got zero comms or responses from the hotel/staff which made it seem like once you are gone it's done.

This hotel was amazing, the staff were nice and helpful. The room was large and beautiful beyond words. I would stay here over and over again. everything was perfect.

I would stay here as the venue matched how it looked online. However, note that the spa services are not onsite and managed by an on call 3rd party as well as it is to be paid in local cash only. The WiFi was horrible/ not strong enough as I tried to join 2 brief virtual meetings and it would freeze after every 6 words.

The property was very relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the design of the rooms and space. The spa service was nice. I did not like the communication regarding the spa. There was no heads up until you got on the property that the spa services had to be paid in cash. Being forced to use the ATM on the property (which i felt had a high exchange rate). And the fact that the massage therapist was not on the property. My spa time was changed due to a misunderstanding and it completely rearranged my scheduled time there. Prior to arrival on the property the email communication from their website was a bit slow. Thankfully I was also communicating through the Bookings app so they responded faster there. I also felt like the rooms had a weird smell to them. I’m not sure if it was the water, sewage, or just a general smell but I tried to reduce it by turning the air up. The car service was great and we had a lovely driver, however we realized after the fact that the rates we were charged were a bit inflated compared to the other prices we paid to get around from other hotels and destinations in around the city.

I like the decoration of the property . Unfortunately, my experience at Les Palmiers Marrakech was disappointing. The food was far from enjoyable, lacking flavor and quality, and it did not live up to expectations at all. On top of that, the staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested in providing good service, which made the entire visit even more frustrating. With so many incredible options in Marrakech, I had hoped for better. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It's very much a set of bedrooms attached to a beach club with no real hub to the hotel. If you are not looking for full on beach club vibes this is not the place for you I'm

This place is such a gem – a beautiful and delicate boutique hotel. It has this calm, peaceful vibe that instantly makes you relax. Everywhere you look, there’s stunning architecture and interior design. The pool and lounge area is super elegant and spacious, and with only 11 rooms/suites, it never feels crowded – even when it’s fully booked. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt really well taken care of, especially by the amazing Mohammed and Karima at the front desk – they honestly couldn’t do enough for us! Whether it was transport or anything else we needed, they sorted it out in no time. We absolutely loved our stay at Les Palmiers and will 100% be coming back!

The hotel itself is truly beautiful – stylishly designed and very well maintained, with lots of greenery. The heated pool is a great bonus, and the service around the pool, at the restaurant, and during breakfast was truly exceptional. However, there were a few downsides. Every day, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower or pipes in our room – it seems there are some issues with the plumbing, which made the stay less pleasant. The room cleaning could also be improved – it wasn’t at the expected level. Additionally, alcohol was extremely overpriced. One surprising detail was that there was no phone in the room. Instead, guests are expected to download Whatsapp to contact reception or request service – which is rather unexpected in a five-star hotel. As for breakfast – it would be great to have two different options depending on guest preferences. Currently, there is only one set breakfast, which is mostly sweet and French-style. Not everyone enjoys this type of breakfast, so offering a savory alternative would be a great improvement.

Very nice relaxing stay in beautyful surroundings.

Amazing vibe with no detail spared. Some functional issues, it is Morocco. Water cut out and drains smelled sometimes, also aircon broke. No fault of the hotel’s really and they were quick to fix it. Bit of a graft trying to get some compensation Classic Moroccan style but we got there in the end. Still 5 stars from us. Just about
