Everything was just amazing

I was on a high floor and heard the generator all day and night. The generator is the only reason I would never ever return.

من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف مريحة ومرتبة، وكل شيء فيه يعكس الاهتمام بالتفاصيل. طاقم العمل في غاية اللطف والاحترام، وكان تعاملهم راقيًا واحترافيًا منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. شعرت براحة نفسية طوال فترة الإقامة، والخدمة كانت ممتازة وسريعة. أنصح بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن النظافة، والهدوء، وحسن الاستقبال. بالتأكيد سأعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.

Un grand merci à Majda, Oumaïma et Hamza pour leur accueil exceptionnel, leur professionnalisme et leur grande hospitalité. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.

Hotel stag is so nice, location also is perfect. However no privacy in the room no door for toilet, and need kind of pest control there was some ants in the room Some water issues sometimes came too hot not controllable

Swimming pool, Breakfast, Location was Great @ the N Avenue, variety of shops & restaurants. Service was outstanding, every employee of the hotel was friendly and helpful. None

The location is amazing, everything u would need is around you, the overall staff are helpful and friendly. Check in process could of been a bit quicker, with more staff for easy quick one.

I always recommend my self and family to stay there

Behavior of the staff was bad

We had a very good stay. The suite was beautiful with an amazing view. A big thank you to Mr. Hamza for his kindness, care, and hospitality throughout our stay. We truly appreciated everything and would be happy to come back again

We received an upgrade to a larger suite, without asking. The location on M Street was a welcome change from the Medina. M Street is a “western-style” shopping and dining area that was full of people on a Sunday evening. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Only a short walk from the train station and close to the airport. The small roof-top pool are was completely full, there was no place for us to sit and enjoy. This is certainly not a fault, but know that you may not get to enjoy this amenity.

I do not recommend Sharing room with your friend due to no privacy

The location and the look from outside plus friendly staff at the reception. Despite being relatively new the hotel feels used and dated. Below are the main issues we encountered: - Poor Amenities: No drinking water was provided in the room, and even basic toiletries like hair conditioner were missing. - The speed of service was also very slow. It took us 2 calls to arraneg a room cleaning. - Limited Room Service: The menu of in-room dining is extremely restricted. Additionally some standard dishes, including a simple Caesar salad, were unavailable. - Hygiene Issues: To make matters worse, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom during the last day.

The properties location is excellent. It is in fact the best thing about the property. I highly recommend the staff to get proper service training. The service was very disappointing.
