Loads to do, kids enjoyed it, family suite was perfect, great sports facilities Food variety could have been better but always found something

The water park was amazing. Wide variety of food choices. Entertainment/Animation team were very friendly and professional Special mention to Sofian at the restaurant and Abdel Razik who serves the amazing Moroccan tea at the reception.

It’s in the middle of nowhere and hotel resources are all far from one another so a lot of walking in the heat. No clear signs of where to go and only 3 restaurants. alcohol is only served in 3 locations and there is no poolside service at all! not even towels! I didn’t like how unhelpful the staff were, how limited the food was and how there is no service poolside - even towels they want you to go to the lobby to get a card, put a deposit down then go back to the ONE and only place for towels and collect it - it’s just a self service resort!

Lovely staff, so hardworking and always ready to help. Excellent animation team. Kids loved the water park. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms. Gorgeous food. Sometimes staff were very unhappy serving alcohol, which is unnecessary. That's honestly the only minor issue

The hotel amenities were excellent, especially for families. Having access to padel, soccer, and basketball facilities made the stay even more enjoyable and gave both the kids and adults plenty of fun activities throughout our trip. The food was amazing, with so many great options for the whole family, and everything was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The animation team was absolutely fantastic full of great energy and so wonderful with the kids. I unfortunately can’t remember all their names, but Ibrahim was one of them and he was excellent. My kids will never forget the team and the fun they had. They came home loving Morocco even more because of this experience. The shuttle to the market was also very convenient and made exploring Marrakech so easy for our family. The reception staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay whenever we are in Marrakech, and we will absolutely be coming back. If you’re looking for a great family trip in Marrakech, this is the hotel to choose. Highly recommend! Nothing

The best outdoor heated pool that we have ever swimmed in, amazing. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. As always Pickalbatros hotel delivers and you know that it will be up to standard. Small shop outside of reception had very good prices so you dont have to pay 200% for same item that can we found in close by market. Also no russians so its chill and quiet. Soda machines were nearly always non-functional and you would need to find bottled soda drink at bar if you wanted something fizzy. Wifi quite often stopped working in our complex. Lack of fruit selection for kids.

Breakfast was good. Adding more variety would make it even better. It was the same set of food the whole days I was there.

This is our (family of 4 including an infant and a toddler) second stay at the Pickalbatros Sungo and we were impressed all over again, everything was top-notch from start to finish. The quality of service is exceptional, all the amenities are squeaky clean and the staff continue to go above and beyond. The facilities in the hotel are amazing, there is so much to do all day. The animation team are exceptional and provide fun throughout the day in an incredibly high-energy and personalised way, especially Diva who made our holiday amazing. The rooms were also very spacious and comfortable and the food was nice.

Great place for family with children of all ages. Lot of space and good quality facilities. Staff was always very supportive!

The guest relations team contacted us even before our arrival to ensure all our preferences were taken care of. Throughout our stay, every staff member we interacted with, from reception to the restaurants and pool areas was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made a huge difference as we were traveling with a baby. Our large family room was quiet, spacious, and equipped with everything a family might need. It made our stay incredibly comfortable. This hotel is absolutely worth visiting. If you’re heading to Marrakech, don’t hesitate to stay here. We will definitely be returning.
