The calm of the resort and its location NA

Beautiful property! The tons of ants in our kitchen everywhere. The cockroaches we found in our place and the one bedroom we could not use due to the strong sewer smell. We asked multiple times for compensation due to these issues and was only given a free meal.

> The place is wonderful and quiet, traditional with modern twist covered with the shades of marrakech (red) and colored with diverse vegetation. > The heating wasn't working at the extent a technician gave us a portable one that couldn't cover the living room. > No stand mirror into the rooms (we needed to move the one from the living room) > The sinks did not drain water smoothly > The toilet bowl was not properly secured

This place is a true gem outside the busy city of Marrakech. We stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The staff is great, especially Sofia in the restaurant and the ladies at the spa are very friendly. Always greeting you with a smile. Spacious rooms with air-conditioner. Lovely garden areas. The villa has its own driver who can safely drive you to the city and back. Good value for the money.

A different type of experience, really good for families and very peaceful with secure compounded society. Mohammed was very helpful along with rest of team. will stay again with my family. internal door frames were badly designed.

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful oasis for 2 nights. It's a peaceful paradise to escape from the rush and noise of Marrakech. Everyone working here is very welcoming and beyond helpful. Big thanks to Sofia and Mustafa at the bar/restaurant and Najat at the spa. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation for couples or bigger families and groups as well. The premises are clean, the garden and the pool are well-maintained. We definitely plan to be back.

We didn’t like the first villa and moved to nr.14, which is an exceptional villa. The rest needs an update Cleaning

Beautiful place with really welcoming stuff. The swimming pool is fantastic and it was nice and relaxed . Taxi drivers used but the hotel are very nice and helpful. As we were a group of over 20 people it suited us fantastically with different room types to accommodate the different family needs. Resort is not in walking distance to any shops, cafe so require a taxi if you want to go anywhere else.

I liked everything about the property. I loved how they keep the property so tidy and clean. I loved how they treat the cats living in there. the stuff members are really really nice. I love everything about the property. the only thing I didn’t like was the mattress of our bed, was a bit uncomfortable.

The restaurant staff Moustafa was excellent - he was the only saving grace, but the office manager (?)/ man at reception was really rude, really arrogant, terrible, terrible experience.
