They lie on the advertising on the pictures no apart / it’s hotel not even One star hotel I booked apart at least fitroom for 3/4 they give me room.barely 2 people can fit 110 ft.² I measure it. Extremely loud room call maintenance twice broken for AC.?

The Pool small one but at least not too much people I am writing to express my severe disappointment with my recent stay at Wazo Appart Hotel. The level of service provided by your team—particularly the housekeeping staff—was unacceptable. Basic requests were met with rude attitudes, hostility, and lengthy arguments about internal procedures rather than actual help. Additionally, the hotel is severely outdated, lacks proper insulation, and is quite far from the city center. I expected a comfortable stay before flying back to the Netherlands, but was instead left.

We had a wonderful stay at Wazo Hotel. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and a great choice for our family. The swimming pool, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were excellent. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. A special thank you to Ashraf, who took great care of us from the moment we arrived. He was professional, welcoming, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We’d also like to thank all the staff for their kindness and friendly service. Their genuine Moroccan hospitality made us feel truly welcome?????????????? The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the outdoor corridors and common areas. With a little more attention to these spaces, the overall experience would be even better.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly very disappointing. We stayed here with our 1-year-old daughter and were hoping for a relaxing family break. Unfortunately, the music from the pool area was extremely loud throughout the day and could be heard clearly inside our room. It made it very difficult for our daughter to take her naps and impossible for us to get any proper rest. What upset us the most was not the music itself, but the fact that we asked reception several times if the volume could be lowered. Every time we were told they would look into it, but nothing changed. We also asked if it was possible to move rooms and were told it wasn't. The pool area was often almost empty, so it was hard to understand why the music had to be played at such a high volume all day long. It felt like the comfort of guests was simply not a priority. The staff were polite, but after multiple complaints and no action, we felt completely ignored. Sadly, this issue overshadowed our entire stay. I would not recommend this property to families with young children or anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing environment.

The hotel wasn't clean.

The property overall is good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing at first. We arrived around 9 AM, and before arriving I had been contacting the hotel for two days to inform them that we would be checking in early, but I received no response at all. When we arrived, the lady at the reception did not greet us. She simply looked us up and down and asked for our name. We informed her that we had been trying to contact the hotel through Booking.com for two days regarding our early check-in, but she replied by saying, “We don’t have any contact with Booking, so we don’t receive anything from them,” which was very strange considering we booked the hotel through the Booking application. She then refused to help us or provide any possible solution for an early check-in, even though we had a baby with us and my sister is a regular guest at the hotel. Every possible solution was immediately dismissed, and her answer repeatedly was, “I can do nothing for you.” At night, another receptionist named Yassine completely changed our experience. He did an excellent job correcting the mistakes made in the morning. He arranged for someone to fix our AC, provided us with a better room, and sent two staff members to help us with our luggage. What made this even more appreciated was that he was injured in his leg, yet he still personally came to our room to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. He is honestly the reason we changed our opinion about the hotel after the very unpleasant experience we had earlier that morning Pool, space if the rooms, the food

Nothing , very basic appartement comparing to the price I had little childern with me the appartement is with bad sound isolation so we were very disturbed from the noises from the street , we couldn't sleep

Hotel staff are very warm and professional Good value for money but some areas to improve: 1- appartment smell 2-horrible SPA managed by unprofessional staff 3-need to renew towels

The slide for kids was very hot. My daughter ended up having burns in her skin after using the slide. There should be warning signs or the slide closed when it's very hot. Big safety issue.

The hotel is big and room was big enough and clean. A TV set working but small, I even watch the football match of Moroccan team live:) The kitchen was complete and shower just perfect. The room was hot as ac was working good. There is no cafe near by, no restaurant as well. Only a bar opposite but it’s not for me and neither for my daughters

Boiler does not heat water quickly or long enough for a few people to shower at the same time.

The room I received—a studio—does not match the images shown on your booking platform for the apartment hotel I reserved. ​When I raised this issue, your staff informed me that I had chosen the studio. I clarified that I had booked the unit depicted in the promotional photographs. I was subsequently told that the pictured accommodation is unavailable and that my current room is the only option. ​The studio provided is significantly inferior to what was advertised and what I expected."

I was disappointed that the kids club was closed every time I tried to take my children there to play. It was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I also didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included in the room price.
