Wazo Hôtel

Nothing I found to like at the hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and showed a clear bias, denying me an early check-in while allowing white guests to check in early, followed by a 15-minute delay where I was told the system 'hanged.' When I was finally given a room after my exhausting 10-hour overnight flight, it was unready with a soaking wet floor, and the alternative room they moved me to was still not properly cleaned. The discriminatory behavior from the staff and the poor state of the rooms made for an awful, stressful stay.

The breakfast selection needs improvement. Most of the menu (about 80%) consists of flour-based items, with limited diversity.

Breakfast was quite limited

It was inexpensive and the staff were nice It’s a bit of a push to be rated as a four star hotel as there was lots of dated and scuffed and scruffy areas but for the price it was still a bargain. The staff were nice and the food was average. I would stay there again if it was just for a night or two

No coffee in the rooms, toilet paper doesnt last long. No wash cloths or tissue paper.

I like Wazo hotel great location and nice area.

Very little. The exterior and pool area look nice from a distance, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. My stay at WAZO Hotel was very disappointing and far below 4-star standards. We were given a room at lobby level facing a back corridor where staff and people were constantly walking, which meant zero privacy. The room itself felt poorly maintained and unclean: • Dust everywhere, both my mother and I had allergic reactions and congestion • Old, unusable towels • Thin and dusty bed sheets, and no proper AC/heating, we were very cold at night • No slippers provided despite tiled floors, even when requested • No tissues available at all The overall hygiene and comfort were not acceptable. Parking was also misleading, the area outside is not managed by the hotel, and we were approached in an unpleasant way asking for money. The actual hotel parking is across the street and very limited. Breakfast was the worst part: • Dirty-looking dishes and cutlery • Omelette contained eggshell pieces • Very poor hygiene and quality overall We left without eating.

The area the hotel was located was quite serene and proximity to the stadium for me made it worth the stay. The breakfast could do better with more varieties.

The rooms are clean and easy access to the hotel , easy check in and check ou Room is empty not even a glass is in bathroom . I was sick and requested a glass to take my medication and the staff were rude requesting me to connect directy with restaurant who asked me to come by myself to the place to take a glass who should be a must in any room in the world . Ur staff should be trained how to talk to locals not only to tourists - it was kind of rudeness never happened to me ?

The food is not good at all.

I messaged the hotel to arrange a taxi from the airport. Three times and no reply. Breakfast was poor. Food was just basic & tea was luke warm. My first room was really noisy with some music venue nearby & really loud traffic noise. The staff did upgrade me to another room on the ground floor. This was nice but the sliding door to the outside would not lock. It would have been very easy for someone to break in but the person on reception just said there is a security camera and took no action. The hotel at one time had no hot water and another morning no water.
