Not clean enough plus they dont have mini bar "fridge in room" specially in this hot season

Very relaxing and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great service .? So far so good everything was great . If possible to clean the rooms little bit more . But in general , the rooms are clean . Big thanks to the cleaning team .

It was clean and tidy. The building is new. The only problem is with the windows which is not double glazed and the kids outside are playing until late night making noises.

Swimming pool is very nice Staff is helpful Location is not central to the city, but still you have everything thing around you for shopping, food and restaurants are less than one minute. They are really close to the door. The room has no facilities like water, tea or coffee. In the night it can be a little bit loud

Seems clean. Marjane nearby Ac is not working. They say they will do only in summer If so better to mention it. Sound proofing is bad No kettle or water in the room Bed quality needs improvement Little far from downtown so you pay for taxis

The location is good for the guest having their own transportation The staff needs some more training regarding the focus on the guest value and how to deal with the guest The hotel is a 3 stars not a 4 stars The flat TV is too small The shower is too too narrow and leaking water in the bedroom ?

During our business stay in Marrakech for two days, we stayed in two different hotels. One had a more oriental style, and the second was Relax Hotel with a modern design. I would say both are nice, but at Relax Hotel you feel like you entered a franchise: a professional system to manage bookings, organized staff, and a modern design made to provide the same experience no matter which room you book. Everything you need will be available without ask.

The night light which is a full comes on by motion detection only. If I get up in the middle of the night, I prefer very little light. The bright light makes it more difficult to get to sleep. Then it automatically turns off after about 10 minutes. Just a cheap plug in night light would have been preferable.
