It looks like the pictures, the room was cleaned every day, the air-con cooled it down in 20 minutes, we had a small safe to store our values also, the staff was helpful, friendly and flexible, they stored our bags on our departure day for free, the pool was so nice, we could cool down ourselves there during the day. The riad is about 10 minutes walk from the souks. The breakfast was okay but they didn’t have much variety, they served us, it was not an intercontinental menu. The room was nice, but we lacked some cupboards or hooks to store our stuff there. The riad is a bit further away from the touristy areas, there are some scammers around it, but we didn’t fall to the trap.

Near Property lot noises where there as kids were doing lot drums , plus local guys was observing the tourist to make money it should be stop as this will be difficult for tourists as I interacted early am time was lucky I didn’t got get scam

The service was excellent, the staff was so helpful and nice. The hotel is good, a little far from the main part of the Medina, a 15-20 minute walk to where the more touristic part is. But completely worth it, the breakfast was really good! The location, if you wanted to stay closer to the more touristic area.

There unfortunately was some construction/maintenance in the main riad shared area while we were there and our bathroom door didn't shit properly, but we still had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely (and substantial), and riad overall very beautiful. Recommend!

Jewad , Fatima & yahya took very good care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and comfortable! My room was cleaned every day the food was delicious the lunch menus was my fav kisses to the chef ! The Riad had nice hot water , pressure was great ! The riad itself was beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, but what made this place truly special were the people. Their kindness and attention made us feel more like honored guests than travelers passing through. Staying here was not just accommodation — it was an experience filled with heart and humanity. Thanks to the team at the Arabic house for making my stay in Morocco comfortable . There was nothing to dislike

The riad is beautiful and the staff was amazing, always communicative and accommodating our every need. The breakfast and the cats were definitely the highlights of our stay! We also enjoyed a massage and hammam, which were gentle and professional. Jawad was always ready to help and give us advice about the riad or the city. Our room was downstairs and we noticed a weird smell coming from the drains but staff advised to let the water flow for a while, which definitely helped. We only had dinner once at the riad but it would be better to be able to order closer to the time instead of booking this in advance before midday.

Amazing staff, eager to help and kind. Very nice Riad - beautiful!

free breakfast was included which changed each day. The riad itself was beautiful, room was cleaned and fresh towels every day which was great. Staff was super nice and so helpful! Zero complaints. staff could be a little pushy with purchasing things/experiences. I understand part of their job is to sell spa services and tours, I just hate when people try to sell me things lol

Overall the place was comfortable. The staff was amazing. It was quiet and gave that total morroco vibe which was beautiful. The location was a bit hidden and at least 20 to 30 minute walk from everything but I got my steps in so that was good and the night front desk receptionist Jawad also was helpful in ensuring I got home safely and offered to meet or walk around with me. I would also say the shopping is overwhelming so be careful how much u pay for items.

Clean, nice staff, nice rooms and common areas

Same as my other review as I did two bookings. Same as my other review as I did two bookings.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast too. The rooms were overall clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool is not a pool, it’s a pond. Basically just to dip your feet, which is a shame as the options with “pool” are usually more expensive so we paid for that and then we couldn’t really swim. The location was not optimal. It was quite far from the main things in the Medina and the way back was always overwhelming.

The location is a bit tricky. Your cant get to it by the car at the doorstep. There is a parking nearby at bab Aylan and it’s 5 min walk from there.

Everything was amazing, it could have not been better. Nourddine and all the stuff were the best we could ve asked for and helped us with everything, including getting taxis. The breakfast was very good and the hammam and massage experience was great too.

The host is very welcoming and kind. He let us to check in early to continue with our journey on the first day. He also was very active through Whatsapp , always answer our question very quickly. The desert tour he recommended was very good! The price was decent, and we had one of the best experience there. The Riad is decorated very nicely. You can really see the Moroccan Riad vibe with a big pool in the middle of it. There is a small rooftop where we has breakfast which has really nice sunshine in the morning.

The riad is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very nice. Jawad and Adil have given us much help aside from serving breakfast to helping us book day trips. Jawad works very hard to ensure our stays are safe and comfortable.

Incredible staff so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Spoke great English as well as a number of other languages. We checked-in and out unfortunately in very early hours of the morning and staff was always able to accommodate transportation. Breakfast was lovely with lots of breads, cakes, yogurt/fruit, cheese, jam, honey, butter, coffee, juice, and tea. The rooftop really feels like an oasis in the morning and afternoon. It’s a lovely riad with a small pool in the middle. The Humam and massage experience was great! We were walked in and out to our transportation which was really nice as a group of young girls. Go here!!! Nothing! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. A1 hospitality!!!

If you want the real Morrocan experience in the heart of the Medina (city). This is the place. To be honest it’s a little scary at first as you’re carrying your luggage down the street to get to the Riad. But after one day you’ll feel completely safe People are nice and this place is near the Main Market and square and Bahai palace. Lots to see and do
