The staff was the best out of our whole stay. They were so accommodating and helpful. We were given the wrong room. I actually paid extra for a Superior room to not have this room, but things happen. The staff did everything possible to rectify the situation to our liking and were so nice about it. The breakfast was very filling and delicious. One day, we were going to a tour very early and one of the staff members woke up early to give us some coffee and bread, before we left. We could not ask for a better staff all around. I am giving a 9 for the staff and the Riad was beautiful inside. The area outside doesn't look safe at first, but the location is actually very safe. It is a more calmer area of the medina and the little places to eat right around the corner are very nice and friendly. We did not love the room we got by mistake. It was the only room there like it. It was on the top terrace level and like almost a glamping tent with a real bathroom in it. I saw the room on booking with the red carpet and did not even realize it was a glamping tent, but decided to book the superior room instead as I didn't like the red carpet room that much. The bathroom was fine and the room big, only the bathroom sink was clogging easily and the hairdryer shot out actual fire when I tried to use it. The door to this room was a tent door to close it & you tie it together with the bottom a little exposed. I just did not feel safe with our things being in there. I felt safe with the staff, it was more the other guests and animals getting in. The one night, a cat peaked his head through and tried to get in That freaked me out, because I know some animals can have rabies in Morocco, so I was avoiding touching any animals while there. The staff were so great though, that it actually made me forget about the room.

The location of the riad ( once you found it!) was excellent as it was a short walk to the souks and main square. The riad was very old and an authentic Moroccan home. Breakfast consisted of a nice selection of breads, pancakes, fruit and eggs. Good coffee too. All the staff were great and super friendly. The “Swimming”pools were actually small plunge pools and not suitable for any swimming. The airport pickup did not arrive and so we had to make our own transfer arrangements. The tap water is not drinkable so it’s necessary to buy a lot of bottled water. No safe in our bedroom.

Lovely place to stay; very friendly people.

Cozy and comfortable Service and breakfast

the design and architecture breakfast was poor, no available options, fixed and the same everyday, the cleaning lady left by mistake a 0.5 water bottle with bleach inside the room and my 10 year old boy thought it's our bottle and drank it (he vomited and almost needed to go to hospital); very few staff speak English, etc.

Authentic. Excellent staff who made your stay memorable. Cats on the furniture and therefore dirty from where they had occupied.

Beautiful Riad in a quiet location but very central. Great breakfast. Staff were all lovely.

The Riad was lovely and inviting with very friendly staff. We stayed in two different rooms, both bathrooms had issues with the shower, no shower curtains so the water goes everywhere, big cracks in the wall and a terrible noise whenever the toilet flushed. the breakfast was ok but not amazing. breakfasts bathrooms

Breakfast was nice and simple - we enjoyed it. The mattress was quite hard.

This is a perfectly located Riad at the crossroads of the northern, central, and southern parts of the medina. Every major sight can be reached on foot quite easily. The Riad itself is very friendly, welcoming, calm, and laid-back. Our room was very nice and the daily cleaning was very attentive. The breakfast was great. The highlight of Riad is the staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, and nice. One of the nicest staff we ever met. We would happily stay here again when we'll be back in Marrakech. The shower head was a little worn out. It needs a replacement.

Superb

Overpriced for what you get, compared to all other riads we stayed in. Not very comfortable. AC / heating unit was broken so couldn’t heat room and froze all night.

The riad was exceptional. The staff were honest and incredibly kind. The location was within walking distance of the tourist spots. We arranged an airport pick-up through the riad, and the entire process was smooth. The room was beautiful and clean. We also booked a 3-day desert tour to Fes through the host. After comparing with other travelers in the group, we discovered that we had received the best price.
