The property was beautiful and the staff were very helpful! There were lovely kittens outside the gates and the suite we booked was gorgeous with ample room, an AC unit, and a ceiling fan! The gorgeous bathroom is what sold us on booking this accommodation and it did not disappoint! We were also allowed to keep our bags there before our flight and felt 100% safe and comfortable here. Thank you so much, Riad Mazarin! Food is only served during specific hours, which can make it difficult to find a mid-afternoon or late night snack.

It was a lovely experience staying at the Riad — traditional, intimate, and truly special. The authentic atmosphere and charm of the space was unlike anything a modern hotel could offer. A wonderful escape that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something memorable and unique Our stay was disappointing, mainly due to a lack of information. The riad itself is lovely, but the bed was rock solid and we found bird poo on it. Reaching the riad was also stressful — Uber dropped us at the wrong place (30mins walk) and we had to navigate the narrow medina alleys with our luggage (taxis can’t reach it). A friendly local helped us find it, but clear directions or a heads-up beforehand would have made a big difference.

Abdul was so kind and helpful throughout our stay! The Riad was quiet and a great place to come back to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Great hot showers and comfy beds.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much to like about the property apart from the courtyard, which was pretty. The riad is located down a very dark, dingy alley approximately a 20-minute walk from the main square, which felt quite unsafe when walking back late in the evening. Additionally, the photos shown on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the current condition of the riad. The actual state of the property was quite different from what was advertised, which was disappointing. Initially, we were given two bedrooms that were well below standard. The wardrobes were dirty (we were told the residue was glue), there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, and the rugs were unclean. Several plug sockets did not work, the shower temperature constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, and the water would not drain properly meaning you could only shower for about five minutes before the bathroom began to flood. To make matters worse, some of the taps were loose and fell off. After raising these issues, we were offered a different room for one of the bedrooms. We packed all of our belongings, moved, and unpacked only to then be told that the room had been allocated to someone else and we could no longer stay there. We were forced to pack everything again and return to the same dark, dirty room. At no point were we offered assistance with our luggage, despite having to carry suitcases up and down the stairs multiple times. After escalating the matter to Booking.com, the manager, Sara, contacted us to arrange a meeting. She apologised and showed us two alternative suites, which were beautiful. However, once again, only one room could be changed. To her credit, Sara did make an effort to help and upgraded one of the rooms. Overall, while the manager attempted to resolve the situation, the experience was disappointing. I believe there are far better riads in Marrakesh that offer better value for money and feel much safer.

Very clean, extremely friendly staff members, daily room service, good breakfast, decent dinner, specious room (paid little extra to upgrade but was worth it), strong WiFi, facility offers Spa & Hammam on site. Walking distance to tons of restaurants & Madina. Like most of the Riad’s, location was confusing, no taxi access, Google map takes you to proximity but not to the exact location. Be aware of locals who will volunteer to take you to the Riad but then will impose ridicules gratuity… we got lost multiple times. Our upgraded room was nice & specious however there is only a bathtub (no shower) so unless you’re planning to take a bath it’d challenging for quick showers.

The manager was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even went out of their way to surprise us for our anniversary by decorating the room beautifully with flowers on the bed and around the room — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! We also appreciated the helpful tips they gave us about the best places to visit nearby. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended! Nothing, this place is great.

Harena, Abdallah, Latifa, and Marwan were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They truly made me feel at home. Everything was clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the pool area was a magical spot to relax after a long day exploring the city. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech. I will definitely come back! 0

Best riad you can stay at here in Marrakech! All the workers here are hard workers and super sweet and attentive. These workers is what makes the place special. Beautiful place with great breakfast, a relaxing pool and beautiful rooms :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They picked us up where the taxi dropped us off, because it is not easy to find the first time. They also went to the pharmacy for us (we were a sick for 2 days unfortunately), which was very nice of them. Location is central, and the Riad is quiet during the day and at night. Very clean rooms and food was delicious! Overall a very good experience, would highly recommend!

The cleaning ladies were fantastic. Everything else. I won’t dignify by wasting my time on a review. Suffice it to say I’m a Genius Level 3 on Booking and this is my first negative review. I tried to make it right with the owner directly and she ghosted me. She decided it was cheaper to change the name of the place rather than do the right thing. The new place is called Latifa Riad Gourmet.

The team in this little oasis in the Marrakech medina was absolutely fabulous! From the amazing lady in the kitchen preparing the most delicious msemen in the morning which go so well with tahin and honey, the smiling cleaning team which kept everything clean, tidy and proper every day, those who secured the night shift to make sure we all go back without getting lost in the labyrinth little alleys which became all too familiar after the second day! Shukran to all the team led by Latifa and her partner! Not so much we didn't like but our room on the ground floor was a bit too cosy:) would have been good to have a tiny bit more space (also to arrange all the daily shopping from the souk...). But it is really a minor detail which doesn't take away anything from the beauty and authenticity of the place.

It was beautiful inside and the staff was amazing. The bed was hard. Order an expandable mattress, they are cheap and comfortable.

This is a beautiful Riad with the most helpful staff namely Marabelle Hoel and Amin. Our room was decorated lovely. A good choice for breakfast. Nice to experience the authentic side of Marrakech. We had a guide Armen on the first day which is really well worth it for the history of Marrakech Thank you
