It’s a nice property, good value. The breakfast could be a little better

Sort of far away. Streets feels lonely at night

I was not aware of what Medina will be like and that there are limitation to access it with car. Hotel is located near the entrance which is good, because taxi cannot drive into Medina. Room was spacious, clean, two bathrooms are perfect for multiple travelers. I got everything I needed. I'd give additional bonus to reception staff - those guys are perfect, they accommodated me at 1AM when I arrived, helped me a lot with restaurants, suggested activities, told some tricks. It was excellent choice. Also I was offered airport transfer. It depends on a traveler, but sound isolation could have been better - you could hear other people leaving early. I assume they were not aware of how well I could hear them. Other issue is breakfast - taking into account that riad is basically located in the Medina (it's a market) itself, breakfast options could have been wider.

Nice quite Riad , staff were friendly and helpful, property was very clean , enjoyable breakfast, comfortable bed and slept well , easy pickup point for day tours about 2 minutes walk away

The room only had a transparent glass wall looking into the courtyard which you could cover with curtains. But then without the curtains there is no privacy in the room at all. I was a bit worried about how transparent the curtains were at night with a light on in the room. Very bizarre. All rooms are like this. Windows in a wall would have been much better.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff Some of the locals outside the Riad were a bit rude.

Modern, new riad, very good location, in the very beginning of medina, easy to navigate. Luxary design, spatious room.

Small but perfectly formed, only 8 rooms which made it very personal and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, highly recommend staying here and was within easy walking distance of both the old and new towns

We had a room for two, with plenty of space and natural light. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There are many Wi-Fi spots, plenty of chill-out areas, and everything is spotlessly clean. The design is modern—it feels like a quality hotel. It’s located near the gates of the Medina. We tried local food nearby, which was cheaper than in the touristy areas and surprisingly good. We’d love to come back.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Being new to Marrakech and as a solo traveler I didn’t know how to judge what is safe or not. This area is safe. The street is narrow but I always encountered nice neighbors. Even so the riad is happy to meet you so you don’t walk alone. The Medina starts one block away and is local so you see more produce and baked goods. I would absolutely stay here again There is only hand soap. Shampoo and body wash would be nice.

Very kind staff. Good food. The location îs specific to Marrakech Medina. It's good for seing how morrocans actually live. Check that out before booking going to Marrakech.

The concept with the fairly private bunk beds is great! The small space is superb and the beds are comfortable. The facilities are clean and pretty fancy (brand new sun beds, etc.) Even though the beds offer more privacy than most Hostels it’s still not a pod. It’s only curtains that separate the beds from the room, so you hear every cough and noise almost like in a normal Hostel. So for me it’s still a Hostel, and if it has amazing facilities the higher price may also be justified. But I would have expected from a luxury Hostel a towel for example and a self locking locker. But there was no towel provided and the lockers don’t have locks, so you need to bring your own or rent one for an additional amount. That really bothered me as for almost 40 Euro per night (incl local taxes), I would have expected to not pay extra for a lock.

The property is very well lit and aesthetically nice. The staff is courteous and very well mannered. The location is not that great considering no taxi or car can come there so you have to carry your trolley luggage all the way. There are no directions and boards too. The staff is nice but the owner/manager was rude. For a private room they will charge in excess of 850 Dirhams or 75 Euros but they won’t put a water bottle of 3Dirhams inside the room and then kept a price of 15 Dirhams to make extra bucks. Very basic facilities inside the private room as per the price point and other 4 star hotels in the neighborhood. Also, the breakfast options are so damn limited.
