One of the best hostels in the world, and the overall rate is just not fair (it should be at least 9). I liked everything. It's so pretty, spacious, clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable and social. The staff is kind and polite, and was there for everything I needed. I loved the food as well. My room was right in front of the pool, so the view was majestic, and I got a lower bunk which was a cherry on the top of the cake. I just booked two nights. I should have stayed longer and indulged myself with their hamam, excursions, food, etc.

I booked a night since i didnt have any plans, the second day when i decided i wanted to stay another night, i went to extend my stay and i was told at first i had to change rooms, i said yes that's fine i get it, then i was explicitly asked if i had only a moroccan passport or if had another one, when i said i am moroccan and that is the only password I had, i was told that sadly the hostel was full that night and wasn't able to accomodate me. I met 3 reception staffs, the first girl was bright and joyfull, the second one i met at night was an awsome guy who made me feel home as a fellow moroccan, the one i met the second morning really made me have second thoughts about booking on here since i felt i wasn't welcome for being "only" moroccan. Maybe this hostel does prioritized foreigners which i guess makes sense. Other than that greate place.

Riad is beautiful and is very comfortable with all kinds of amenities. You can easily spend the whole day inside if you wanna take a break from the hustle bustle. I took services like facial massage and full body massage. They were very well delivered. The staff is friendly and helping. Definitely recommend it. Rooms on the lower floors can be slightly noisy since they’re right in from of the pool but the people were very respectful so didn’t have much trouble.

WiFi didn’t reach the room (i was staying in a private room)

Great location within the medina! Right next to all the hustle and bustle, but the hostel itself was tucked away in a nice, quiet alley. The rooftop was the cherry on top! Spent sunset up there soaking in the view :) The alley leading up to the hostel felt a little sketchy at times! Luckily, there is always a security guard outside the locked hostel. I would not want to walk home in the late evening through that tunnel.

Highly recommend!

Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed, good located. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm room, it was comfortable, pool area is great, breakfast is also good. Bar and restaurant is quite expensive compared to local places.
-
The facility is beautiful and the bathroom was neat. Each dorm bed has it’s own lightening and charging port, which was good. They charged a refundable fee for the room keys. It’s better they only take the fee if the client lost the keys. It’s not nice to be debited for such things.

breakfast 10/10 pool was nice but never used the location is good but hard to find at first time, I had to paid to someone took me there at the first time. I would be impossible to me to reach the Hostal at first time. the toilet was leaking, the floor was wet most part of the time. Probably the shower or the WC has a leak

Good location Not the best at all, had an issue with the bed being very high up and it was difficult to get up/access my stuff. The receptionist was not accommodating at all when I mentioned this he said “It was only for one day” that is terrible service. Luckily I only booked for 1 night, but they really didn’t care. I would have extended the stay, if they were going to be accommodating and caring. Also WiFi was so terrible and didn’t even reach the room. I had an 8 bed dorm, be aware that it is particularly packed with people and in a small space as well. Although my roommates were pretty much in the room the whole day, which likely was also a contributing factor.

Bit spooky to find way alone after dark (but apparently safe), having to rent towels
