Super sweet place, Anwar was so helpful, good value and very nice breakfast

The room was pretty and the shower was nice. The bed was a bit hard and theres only a fan no a/c.

Simple place, good breakfast and price. They changed us to another room for our last night. The place is really small, so you can hear everything from the other rooms.

I liked the location, is very close to everything, a short walk to most places in the city. A pura was awesome, very attentive during the stay, helpful suggesting places, and helping booking trips during my stay. N/a

The riad is centrally located and the staff are really helpful. Very peaceful and beautiful terrasse and everyone is respectful. Clean washrooms and there is running hot water for showers. Decent breakfast at 9AM (juice, coffee, croissant, Msemmen, omelette and bred) I was in the girls-only dorm and I didn't feel I had much privacy. The door of the dorm is always open and the washroom/shower are located outside of the room facing the courtyard. Therefore, you would be bumping into anyone (staff. guests, etc.) when going to the washroom/shower. Tiny rooms and bathrooms and there is no AC

I loved that the riad is in the middle of the cultural streets deep inside the old streets but if you have a luggage its really hard to walk all of that, its uneasy to reach specially that there is no signs, 4 female dorm was super small but actually its splitt well and there is big lockers for each bed, the heater was working so good, bathroom and showers are very very clean breakfast was exceptional and staff were nice and anwar was very helpful in everything and had a lot of knowledge :)

Very good location in the heart of the Medina. Muhammad was extremely helpful and organized. The room was a little cramped and awkward but everything worked well. It was more expensive than a riad which I stayed at earlier.

Very good price, great location and easy to find. The video with directions prior to arriving made it very easy to find without the help of others. Very helpful staff, good breakfast in the morning. Clean showers and bathroom. Nothing.

The common sitting areas are limited.

The location is convenient and close to a bunch of great stuff. Host was available on WhatsApp to share about information about how to get to the riad which was super helpful! - Minor things like hairdryer didn’t work, no AC (fan only), no complimentary toiletries, toilet paper didn’t get changed (had to ask for it), etc, and noise carried throughout the riad (unlike another nearby riad I also stayed in) - Next time I would pay a bit extra to stay in a room with my own bathroom.

Was the only one there during my stay so not the most social for a solo traveller. Also down some fairly dark alleys, questionable walk alone as a solo female.

The property was beautiful and the room was excellent! Very comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The located was great right next to the main market street, however far enough away that it felt more private! The only thing was the air conditioner did not work at the moment. However, we were refunded a part of the cost and staff were very helpful. Most of our stays have not had AC, so it did not change very much.

The Hostel is located in a perfect spot of the Medina. It is very easy to move around and walk through the old city. Loads of nice local and tourist restaurants around. For the price we paid, which was definitely not a hostel price, we expected the room to be cleaned. We were in Marrakech for 5 days, and during that time, the room was not cleaned once, the trash can was not emptied, and nothing was fixed. Also, the bathroom light was not working properly, as it kept glitching.

Quiet

This hostel is an excellent choice for solo travelers. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff is also very helpful and even stored my luggage for an extra day. Highly recommended!
