Quality Inn Marshall near I-69

Room was clean and A\c worked well. The staff was very friendly. Had a great breakfast. Will recommend this hotel.

The place is nice and clean. The best part about this place is the hot tub.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was nice and quiet; seemed like we were the only ones there at times lol. The pool and hot tub were nice, especially because we had it all to ourselves when we went down there. Complimentary breakfast was good and had a nice variety including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, a waffle maker to make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, bread and a toaster, milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and hot water for tea.

The staff was wonderful. The property was clean and pool, and hot tub were clean. Easy on and off the expressway. Will definitely be going back here.

Many blood stains and 2 feet in diameter urine stains on sheets on all pillows and on the bed. Notify staff and they brought more sheets with stains and musty smell. Staff refuse to give credit even though it was booked and arrive within 10 minutes of each. I collected many pictures of all the blood and urine stains and foreign black stains. I have been trying to contact hotel management, but they keep denying saying that they’re not available at this time. This is been going on for three days.

1st room, we had no air. 2nd room only had full beds, not enough towels but the 1 we had was dirty, facing you! Do not recommend. It's a $45 room with a $150 price tag

Great stay for 1 night!

Staff has been very kind. Easy location and rooms are clean.

Smell of fresh asphalt covering permeated facility. Lost power for 2 hours. Run down in appearance, breakfast so so but coffee poor. Seemed to be a collection of folks wandering the hallways for a bit. Better than camping in a thunderstorm though.

The entire hallway smelled like a mixture of smoke and something foul. The carpet in the hallway was filthy and has not been cleaned any time recently. The room was far from clean and the bed was not made, it looked as though they just pulled the blankets back up after the previous guests. The smell was awful in the room. The staff seemed to find more enjoyment and laughter than empathy when the concerns were brought to their attention.

This is an older hotel that is getting upgrades. Beds are the most comfortable beds I haven't ever slept on, no lie. Hot tub and pool are heated/cooled perfectly. If you have the chance, get the executive suite, room 201 or 202. Unbelievably the largest room ever and a balcony overlooking the atrium pool area. Breakfast was included and coffee was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! ❤️

Pool and breakfast were amazing! The peephole on our door was missing parts so you could easily look in from the hall.

Clean and quiet. Likely go again if needed.

The beds were very comfortable. The AC was quiet enough for me to sleep well. The room was clean. Breakfast was not as good as I expected.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, pretty quiet. The breakfast was not amazing. Biscuits & Gravy= good. Waffle mix was water, orange juice was water, sausage was pink inside.
