All good Tub and sink clogged.

Very clean room and comfortable beds

The included breakfast was far superior to anything I've experienced recently at lodging chains, a nice variety of hot and cold foods. Good value for money, Highly recommended.

Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.

Nice, clean and safe . Staff were excellent and would stay again
-
Bedding just smelled like people and no fragrance was very unappealing and would not recommend a dog to sleep in that bedding

The front desk lady was very sweet and very helpful. It was quiet and clean everything was great!

Stayed one night. Coffee machine in lobby was excellent. Started with ground coffee beans for your own cup. Good cup of coffee unless you like super strong coffee. Don’t stay in room 315 right next to elevator. Elevator made an annoying pitch noise that would start, then stop, then start, then stop all through the night. You get the picture. Thank goodness I had earplugs. My husband, who wears hearing aids during the day, could even hear the noise and kept him from a good nights sleep. Overall it was a good hotel to stay at. Easy to get to restaurant downtown.

Front desk was not helpful .

Comfortable bed. Very good food for breakfast. Very clean throughout. I was impressed with the accessible bathroom. There were plenty of handrails and the tub and shower were completely covered with a non slip coating. I felt very safe there.

Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Convenient to highway and to town. Bathroom door did not latch.

We love Hungry Hokies pizza right next door, gas, mini mart

Easy to find, plenty of parking, excellent breakfast, lovely room.

Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.

Just as expected

Breakfast no bacon 😭. Loved the shades in the room.. was completely dark! AC heat load and would not shut off. Overall a nice place for a 1 night stay.
