great pool and breakfast

The room is a little noisy in the am, open swim for non guests 7am to 7pm can limit use of the pool area.

There were raised metal _______ on the floor of doors that were trip hazards.

Staff is very friendly, checkin easy and chocolate chip cookies at the desk. Our room was on the first floor and had a musty damp smell. There was a dehumidifier in the room but it was full and had stopped running. We emptied it and let it run while we went out to dinner but had to shut it off to sleep as it was very noisy. Maybe the second floor isn't as damp. Breakfast is ok.

We had the king suite and it had a door to petition off the kitchen area!

The room was so comfortable I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was so clean. The elevator was too quick and kept hitting my sister.

Bathroom needed a fan and the ac put more humidity in the air than taking out. The only room service there was was coming in and making the bed, no change of sheets or towels.

The room was a bit humid but everything else was grand. Clean, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast selection.

Room had a good price, good breakfast and well located. However, the rooms felt damp and humid.

Breakfast was just ok. Hotel generally quiet. Room and desk lamps inoperable.

I loved the room very spacious and the view was great. We used the laundry room and didn't know how to tell the cycle of the dryer. Maybe post a sign with average times of washing cycle and how long the dryer takes. Washer is approx 30 minutes and dryer is 60 minutes.

Room was clean and quiet.

Nice stay

The room was nice and the breakfast was ok. The only complaint was the iron in the room was old, did not heat up and leaked water all over my blouse, I called the front desk and a replacement was bought to the room emediatly.

Breakfast was well stocked. Hot tub warm enough.

Very lovely lobby. Good breakfast. Clean. Nice staff. Building a bit dated and just basic. just what I wanted.

This property overall was ok. We arrived at 4pm and our room was not cleaned yet. The clerk at the desk was more attentive to her phone than checking us in. The front desk area smelled of Marijuana. Check in was at 3 pm. We stayed Sunday-Monday. When entering the room it smelled like sweat and musty. The bathroom floor was not mopped. We assume the spots were coffee. Thankfully I travel with clorox wipes. The sheets with every Americinn property never stay on the beds. We had towels with holes in them (at least 2). We went done to the pool area and the pebbles on the floor were loose and hurt our bare feet, plus we found them in the pool and hot tub. The pool had girls hair floating in the water. Sadly we like staying at Americinn property's but this one we won't be staying at again.

Everything was clean and well kept. Pool was nice and warm! The breakfast had options and was a perfect start to the day!
