Location it wasn’t Clean enough phones wasn’t working window ceils dirty bathroom dusty & smelled like mildew

Great location, clean and large rooms, breakfast bar was really good.

We liked the location and the many options of things to do. The pool was really nice and the staff was excellent. Not being able to go out on the balcony.

The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom was shaped weirdly and was small as well. The sheets on one bed had a huge brown stain on them. The buffet breakfast was 19.95 per person, which was a disappointment. The staff were friendly, but the rooms are in need of an update.

The rooms are small and dated. Furniture is tired and worn. Bathrooms cramped and almost impossible for two people to utilize without a gross invasion of privacy. Hallways are very long, narrow and somewhat dark. Paid a 3 star price for at very best a lower tier 2 star room. I do not recommend unless they lower prices considerably. Made me think twice about staying at a Sheraton hotel in the future.

We suffered an injury while on the property (very bizarre). The manager and even cleaning crew were so kind and helpful. Manager Rob even brought up a to go breakfast with our wheel chair!

room & lobby was modern / updated but rest of the property seems pretty dated. Great staff

Bar was nice closes by 11. Did not eat at property but plenty of choices around hotel

Everything was lovely except the coffee pot did not work.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an outdoor patio. Perfect!

Room Front desk ladies were not professional. On there personal self phones and rude

When we entered the room it was not cleaned from the last guest. We went down to the lobby to request this since the phone didn’t work. We came back later in the night and it looked like the bed had been made but the used soap, glasses etc were still in the bathroom that wasn’t ours.

Loved this location. Westport is so much fun. Pool is beautiful as well. Everything was great except for the smell of the hotel. Our room smelled ok, but the rest of the hotel smelled like a zoo.

The food was great at the hotel, and the staff made the experience 5 star! Highly recommended!

From the time I arrived to the time I left management and staff were attentive at all moments . I will be back
