It felt like a budget motel room rather than a room in its price range

Just about what I expected. Staff was super friendly and nice

The staff let kids run up and down the hallways all hours of the night, adults were doing the same. Kids were slamming doors all the time and playing in the parking lot all hours of the night. The little sleep I did get, the bed was so hard it felt like plywood. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was dirty and we also found cockrach. Only good part was that they agreed to refund the unused nights, as we cut short the stay and moved to another hotel. Really appreciate that aspect from the hotel management

When I arrived to the property, I was checked in by a pleasant staff member. When I got to my room, I immediately noticed a severely strong odor. It smelled like spray paint fumes . It was very warm in the room. About an hour into my stay I kept hearing a fan noise. I went to check the fan in the bathroom and the vents around the air conditioner, but found that it was actually the fan over the Cook-stove. I reached up to turn it off and noticed heat coming off the burners. At that time, I noticed that both burners were turned on medium heat and apparently had been since before my arrival. I called downstairs to let the front desk know they may need to educate their staff on turning the burners off in the rooms. There were stains on the walls, knobs, missing from the dresser, and the aforementioned safety risk. When I went downstairs to get my food delivery, there was a police officer at the front desk filing a report. I noticed when I got back to my room, that the door wouldn’t lock properly and had to sleep with a chair wedged under the door knob. Dogs barked loudly and a woman was yelling (not nice things). I will not be staying there again even though the front desk person was very, very nice.

Good location and clean room and nice stafff

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful during check-in. When we entered our room, it appeared clean and well-kept. However, there was a strong musty odor, almost like something had been wet and sitting for a while. Unfortunately, the smell made our stay less enjoyable. While the customer service was good, we will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Property is ok for a business trip

Essentially a near homeless encampment based on 50% of the clientele. Not a place to stay with family.

Outside side door needs to be fixed so it doesn't slam when closing at the end of hallway from front desk when staying in room next to it. Everything thing else is just fine.

I thought the room was really good for the price. The air conditioner worked great It was loud outside at night. Kids were running around the parking lot screaming

Nothing The bugs the customer service no coffee pot and no blow dryer and wet chair

The room was clean, the staff was kind, But there isn’t really a breakfast, it was just a couple granola bars and coffee.

The staff was helpful resolving an error with my booking.

It was ok, housekeeping wasn’t really trying to clean our rooms and me and my daughter were staying at this hotel for a few months, we always had to track one down in the hallways, if not they wouldn’t knock on the doors to see if we needed fresh linen, overall the stay was just ok.

Breakfast was lacking, several healthy options for pick up and go. This was disappointing.

Stop adding on price for your "Breakfasts," it was a joke. Actual food not just snacks and muffins.

I think a lot of ppl live there. Not what I expected at all with it being so close to Westport Plaza. Really a downgrade to the area. I will say the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Just expected a higher quality hotel for the price.
