The breakfast was terrible specially with spending that kind of money could have stayed at comfort inn. There was no hot breakfast Overall the whole thing could be better. The room could have been cleaner there was dirt on the floors and left over trash. The facility stunk

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and caring. I was dealing with a family tragedy, requiring me to stay away from home, and I was welcomed with compassion from the front desk staff.

Located close to the highway No one was ever at the front desk when needed.

My room was outdated and falling apart headboard and chairs were peeling, dressers and countertops were falling apart floor was sticky, there were items behind the dresser dated 4 years ago, ice trays had holes in them refrigerator was beat up television had very few channels, and the room smelled like B.O.

Did not stay Did not stay . Bait and switch. Photo of hotel did not match the address on reservation. The hotel photo showed a several story building with elevators. The building we were directed to was a two story, no office, no elevator overflow style place either exterior doors. Completely unacceptable.

Free parking Cleanliness breakfast items got finished before 9:30 am and nobody topped it. There was no coffee no milk mate

it was awful, seriously sad situation. Arrived at this location and they sent us to their other location by the air port upon arrival because they were full with no notice at all. paper had our name and phone number printed on it, didn’t bother to let us know until we were there for check in. room they gave us at the other hotel was abysmal, wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. Disgusting. towels were crusty and black, shower would not stop ringing and dripping water all night. TV did not get any signal. flat pillows disgusting bed. had to sleep in our sleeping bags on top of a blanket we brought. threw it out the next day. never again.

They double charged me. And booking.com isn't helping / facilitating the best as far as fixing this issue. Booking.com tried reaching the facility multiple times but they are unresponsive.

Front desk worker was very nice. Dirty. Bed was made. Wrappers on floor next to bed. Small black bugs everywhere in our room. Hair in sink and long hair on shower walls. Water damage on ceiling. We didn’t feel comfortable staying after we checked in.

Shower was worthless, if we had taken a shower there would have been water all over the floor. Only 1 garbage can for the rooom.
