it was awful, seriously sad situation. Arrived at this location and they sent us to their other location by the air port upon arrival because they were full with no notice at all. paper had our name and phone number printed on it, didn’t bother to let us know until we were there for check in. room they gave us at the other hotel was abysmal, wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. Disgusting. towels were crusty and black, shower would not stop ringing and dripping water all night. TV did not get any signal. flat pillows disgusting bed. had to sleep in our sleeping bags on top of a blanket we brought. threw it out the next day. never again.

Front desk worker was very nice. Dirty. Bed was made. Wrappers on floor next to bed. Small black bugs everywhere in our room. Hair in sink and long hair on shower walls. Water damage on ceiling. We didn’t feel comfortable staying after we checked in.

Shower was worthless, if we had taken a shower there would have been water all over the floor. Only 1 garbage can for the rooom.

Friendly staff and worth the money

The staff let kids run up and down the hallways all hours of the night, adults were doing the same. Kids were slamming doors all the time and playing in the parking lot all hours of the night. The little sleep I did get, the bed was so hard it felt like plywood. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was dirty and we also found cockrach. Only good part was that they agreed to refund the unused nights, as we cut short the stay and moved to another hotel. Really appreciate that aspect from the hotel management

When I arrived to the property, I was checked in by a pleasant staff member. When I got to my room, I immediately noticed a severely strong odor. It smelled like spray paint fumes . It was very warm in the room. About an hour into my stay I kept hearing a fan noise. I went to check the fan in the bathroom and the vents around the air conditioner, but found that it was actually the fan over the Cook-stove. I reached up to turn it off and noticed heat coming off the burners. At that time, I noticed that both burners were turned on medium heat and apparently had been since before my arrival. I called downstairs to let the front desk know they may need to educate their staff on turning the burners off in the rooms. There were stains on the walls, knobs, missing from the dresser, and the aforementioned safety risk. When I went downstairs to get my food delivery, there was a police officer at the front desk filing a report. I noticed when I got back to my room, that the door wouldn’t lock properly and had to sleep with a chair wedged under the door knob. Dogs barked loudly and a woman was yelling (not nice things). I will not be staying there again even though the front desk person was very, very nice.

For the price room was extremely dirty and had a strong smell. Stains and handprints on the walls.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful during check-in. When we entered our room, it appeared clean and well-kept. However, there was a strong musty odor, almost like something had been wet and sitting for a while. Unfortunately, the smell made our stay less enjoyable. While the customer service was good, we will probably choose a different hotel next time.
