I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The conditions of the property were entirely unacceptable. My room was infested with roaches, and the hallways were filthy and had a terrible odor. Additionally, the service from the front desk staff was very unprofessional. There was rarely anyone at the desk, requiring guests to call staff members' personal cell phones to get assistance. When a staff member finally arrived after a long wait, they remained on personal FaceTime calls while attempting to assist me.

I liked that it was close to my old job. Let's see, I didn't like finding a bed bug when I turned the covers down, I didn't like the surprise deposit fee that wasn't mentioned ANYWHERE on Booking.com, and I don't like that they shorted me $12 when I got the surprise deposit back.

Everything about this hotel is trash even the staff was disrespectful I still haven’t received my deposit which for such a bad hotel that doesn’t and shouldn’t dare ask for a deposit red flag and it’s been 2weeks and still not received my deposit, because it’s nothing to destroy when it’s already destroyed. Where is my deposit? The rooms are not like posted on site and I wouldn’t advise no one to this property. It should be condemned. Only people that will stay here are people who is almost homeless and have nowhere else to go. RUN RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Hotel is in a safe, convenient location. NO elevator, but there was an entrance with no steps on the first level. The hallway is a little grody but the room was very clean and arranged in a very convenient way. Lots of space to set things out to organize. Full kitchen but no utensils or cooking pans or dishes. I suppose they would be stolen if they were provided. I did not need them anyway. No ice machine, but ice trays to make your own ice in the freezer. Nice TV with lots of channels. Comfortable bed but lumpy pillow. Nice shower and bathroom. Basically it was perfect for my purposes as I was attending a meeting just down the street at a more expensive hotel. Families do live there and there was more noise in the hall than some would probably like. I ignored it. The office does not open until 9 in the morning and I had to be at my meeting before that time on the day of checkout. So, I had to return in the afternoon as I wanted my checkout paper. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

This place is awful. Nobody at the front desk. Called and waited 30 min. Dirty and stinks.

I decided not to stay here. I did check in, and use the bathroom in my room. However, the moldy looking shower, smell of pot, and the unfriendly check-in clerk gave me second thoughts. I met my daughter for dinner, and decided to just stay with her instead of returning to the hotel.

It was absolutely disgusting has roaches and mold. The employees on site “weren’t able to give a refund” it was a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend staying here. The front office was clean but the hallways and out side of the property were completely disgusting. In the hallway there was a stain trail looking like someone was dragged through the hallway bleeding. I didn’t get a picture of the hallway or roaches but it was a filthy mess.

Will not refund you and withholds your deposit. Such a scam. Roaches black mold, our room smelled awful, no pressure in the toilet so it wouldn’t flush. Not worth a dime. I will be contacting the health department. They have roach spray in their office shown in pics
