Red Roof Inn St Louis - Westport/ Maryland Heights

Housekeeping is very friendly. I got bit by a spider while I was sleeping (I had to go to urgent care). This facility was not clean. The towels and bedding had stains on them. The shower/bath had mold in it. The microwave was broken. There were issues with the tv. The front desk was rude at times. There were noise disturbances outside.

Nothing smells so much of smoke you're rates are fake

Nothing. Manager wouldnt get thing fixed that were broken for us and blamed me for a broken TV. Then he called the cops and kicked us out when I wouldn't pay for something none of us did. Everything. Good stay,no issues

There was human feces on the bathroom door. The sheets and blankets were stained. The towels were stained. The bathtub had so much mold in it. This place was DISGUSTING. Phone didn’t work. Nothing about this place was clean.

The rooms were pretty small, two of the towels were stained. Don’t recommend white towels.

There wasn’t anything to like. It wasn’t as expected. We got two rooms. When it was raining rain came into one room and the door didn’t lock.

It was okay They didn’t have breakfast

The TV remote didn't work to even turn the TV on. When checking out, they didn't ask how things were or anything, just took the key, turnednand walked away and said thanks, that's all. On the good side-the room was very clean and the beds comfortable, but for the price and hassle, I won't be recommending or staying again.
