The TV remote didn't work to even turn the TV on. When checking out, they didn't ask how things were or anything, just took the key, turnednand walked away and said thanks, that's all. On the good side-the room was very clean and the beds comfortable, but for the price and hassle, I won't be recommending or staying again.

Bad odor in the room, air conditioning makes crazy loud noise

Really dirty, the walls , the beds, the floors all has spots and stains all over them. Cigarette burns on the blankets, towels stained and when you opened them had strands of long black hair in them. The property says it’s non smoking and I requested a non smoking room but everyone there smokes, and my room had clearly been smoked inside of. Ceiling paint and woodwork is chopping and dirty. The bolt on the top lock was broken.

Free wi-fi and decent sized television. I liked having a room in the 1st building, bottom floor and it was easy access to my vehicle. I could make sure it was safe and come and go with ease. Had good cable channels and ease to connect to the TV with apps from the phone and or laptop. Room needed updated. Bed was slightly uncomfortable due to wear. Scratched, worn desk and furniture. No refrigerator or microwave. People constantly hanging out on the balcony and stairwells at all hours, being loud, and it was like a Cheech and Chong movie. Everywhere constantly smelled like weed and this was outside. There was a plunger in the bathroom, and it was obvious it had been used a lot. Bathroom floor was somewhat warped from the toilet overflow. Toilet didn't flush well. I was in 2 rooms during my stay. Both were non-smoking rooms, but the room smell of smoke was in the curtains, bedding, and I think coming from the a/c blower. It was nauseating. I needed a room for 6 weeks, but I moved to another motel after 1 week. I was able to get the room for $ 50 a night on Booking.com. That would be the max I'd pay to stay there. I recommend it if you're a smoker. Yuck!

Rooms were disgusting. Bedspread, pillows and sheets were discolored n the room smelled horrible as well. Floor and bathroom were not maintained or cleaned hardly ever. It hasn't been maintained in quite awhile. Wouldn't stay here ever again.

the room was perfect size for me and my husband there was no coffee maker, microwave, or mini fridge

I could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. There was a coat of dust on the bathroom door and pieces of paper in the floor in the bathroom. The comforter looked a lil dirty, mind u I did not say dingy it was white. I could tell where it was dusty like it needed a wash. I had to fight with the start button of the microwave to get it to work. Very clear it needs replacing. Staff was nice the issue is the cleanliness for me. At some point u gotta do a good cleaning not just a dust off.

Central Very questionable clientele and location

It’s a nice stay if you’re only dropping in for the night. The shower pipes are rusted and made a loud noise every time you turned the shower on. I was scared to stay for the night, but its was alright.

NONE I specifically asked for a downstairs room as I was traveling with an elderly veteran. Indian girl gave us the third floor as far away from the elevators and stairs. No ice bucket, remote doesn't turn the tv on or off, you have to ask for them to come to your room and they'll bring the ACTUAL TV remote to program to dish remote. Such a pain for simple things that should already be available in each room!

I didn't like hairs on the bed and pillows and the fact it couldn't be change in a reasonable time

Black mold in shower, broken door lock, bed bugs and over all disgusting

You get what you pay for. How many times have you heard that? How many more times do you need to hear that to heed that warning? Keep looking somewhere else. If you can afford it, of course.

Room is old and not the best smelling

The door lock battery failed and the issue wasn’t resolved for several hours, so I had to go to the front desk to request assistance to open my room.
