Came to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the front desk lady was hanging out in the back. She was very nice when she came to help. When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room. The new room was already occupied and we ended up walking in on someone. When trying to get our 3rd room, she had trouble (I don’t think was entirely her fault here). We ultimately left and went to the hotel next door. The staff was very nice and understanding, and she offered a refund. I could tell she was trying her best, but the experience was not the best.

The only good thing about staying there was the man who checked me in. He was just an awesome person. He was doing so many things when I walked in the office and just was so busy but still handled everything and everyone. I honestly asked him how do you do it? He said I just try and get everything and everyone taking care of the best I can. He needs more help that's for sure. In my opinion there should always be someone at the desk doing check in and answering phones. Then another person to do laundry and whatever else needs to be done and it all shouldn't be on 1 person. I swear that man never lost his smile through all the stuff he was dealing with at the time. I don't remember his name but he is an amazing worker and was doing a wonderful job with all that was going on. I felt bad and I wanted to help but knew I couldn't but if I could have I would. Then in the morning there was way more employees there. If there can be that many during the day how come there can't be atleast 2 employees there every night. One person shouldn't have to do everything by theirself. I hope he gets a raise and help. Definitely lucky to have an employee like him cause they are hard to find these days. The room I was in was dirty. It had stuff spilt all in the carpet and kept sticking to it. Also I put on a brand new pair of white socks and they were instantly ruined. They were black and gross. I don't even want to know when the last time they were cleaned. Definitely need cleaned and upgraded

The stoves don’t work. Sinks are stopped up. All their room supposed to be nonsmoking however they smell strongly of cigarettes, dirty carpet. Internet access is difficult to connect to. They do have helpful and kind employees.And honestly I could add more oh so much but I am completely over it.

The microwave was ok but the refrigerator was a little rusty and outdated

Room was clean but bathroom sink the stopper stuck so sink bowl full of water and went to take shower and tub would not drain so no shower for me! They say I get a credit at front desk for this but did not get a confirmation as I’d have to call hotels.cim to get this credit. It’s not right to pay money and not be able to use the bathroom!!!!!

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Had to wait long period of time to get checked in. They are short staffed but the lady at front desk once she got back was very nice. The room itself was nice and clean but the bath tub looked dirty, bathroom door a bit worn, and there was a roach in the bathroom. The only reason i will not be back is because of the roach!!!!!

I liked the photos- but they were misleading. Totally different when you arrive onsite. Heavy traffic,heavy drug users walking door to door,people hanging out in there vehicles,constant marijuana smell. Just not an idea place to stay if you are pregnant or have children. But if this is your last resort I don’t blame you- just lock your doors and stay safe. The property had serious cleanliness and sanitation issues. We experienced multiple cockroach sightings throughout our stay (including baby, medium, and adult roaches), as well as dead roaches in drawers. The room was not properly cleaned—there was blood on the wall, grease on the refrigerator, debris on the floor, stains on walls and surfaces, and the bathroom, vents, and AC unit were visibly dirty. These issues were ongoing and caused us to check out early.

Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We ended up not even staying the night bc of how unsafe we felt

Staff was nice Roaches

There were no bed bugs. If I could give 0 stars - I would. This place was not clean, and I felt unsafe during several points in the night. I awoke to what sounded like someone trying to enter my room, as well as, loud stomping from the unit above me. We checked for bed bugs immediately, to which we didn’t detect any. It was late when we arrived, and many hotels were sold out due to a baseball game, otherwise we would have left immediately. I was also underwhelmed with the staff that checked us in. Would not recommend staying here and definitely will think twice about staying in another extended stay americas

It was dirty the rooms was not clean at all. That it was not clean.

The staff did the best they could and were quite friendly and helpful A dresser drawer had been kicked in. Someone had punched--as in with a fist--a hole in the bathroom door. Someone had scratched KILL MYSELF into the surface of the table. Constant construction noise.
