I work overnights. I came back to the room to shower before check out. Fell asleep, missed 1030am call from front desk. I did wake up when the rooms door was opened by inn employee

Spacious room. Great Internet reception. Clean. Trains go by frequently. I got used to it though. Not enough electric outlets. The one by the desk didn't work.

The top sheet is so soft and comfortable. As someone who is sensitive and particular to comfort, the pillows were the perfect size and not flat at all! The only unexpected thing was that we had housekeeping enter our room with a “do not disturb” sign. We have a 3-day stay so I assumed it was a required cleaning check for extended stays—as I used to work in hospitality myself—but it was not declared in the welcome binder or by Front Desk who knew my long stay. Regardless, it was a nice surprise because I was debating changing my trash and asking for more cups. If you are someone who enjoys the smell of a clean room, it was amazing to walk into a clean room (they had JUST did our room so that’s why the scent was still fresh). I was very sad to see the beige top sheet be replaced (as it was my favorite) but the new blue was just as high quality. The hotel is in a GREAT location right off the freeway and less than a 10min drive to Walmart, movie theater, coffee stands, breakfast/diner, etc. I would 100% stay here again—in a king suite (maybe not in the first floor though)

No breakfast bar

Staff, location Clean but small bath towels

It was a nice place and would stay again if they had given me back my deposit which they took without any reason to cause I left the room immaculate. They charged me a deposit for no reason and won't return it

There is a very loud train that comes through like every hour! If you don't plan on sleeping it won't bother you. The tweeker neighbors on the third floor might though. They have nothing to make the stay worth the $340 I was over charged. I wouldn't even pay $20 to stay at the dump again.

Room was clean. Location, look if building, and hotel was nothing as advertised and pictures.

Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, The Village Taphouse and Grill is just across the street and is excellent for food and drinks. The hotel is located approximately 200 yards from the railway line and trains blow their horns regularly throughout the night, some louder than others. After a while you get used to it. I didn't like having to leave a $50 deposit in case I messed up the room. I've never had to do that before, even in much more expensive hotels.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful!

However the biggest issue to be aware of is that it is very close to a RAILWAY LINE and there are lot of goods-carrying trains that run very close by and causes a LOT OF NOISE. Sleeping is not something you can enjoy in this hotel. Both me and my spouse struggled with this. Other than that all other stuff is good.

They charged me a 100$ more than what you said and were very rude. Lots of questionable people around

Clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Village Inn and Suites. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Daily cleaning, location, price Bare bones, no extra blankets

The noise level from neighborly rooms was high. You could hear every step, opening of dresser drawer, outside steps and voices in the hall. Several lamps didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work. I tried different outlets.

Loved, loved!, loved!! the large sized bath/spa in the room!!! And for the price, to have one like that in your room is un-heard of! I'm a bigger girl, and my better half and I fit in there with ease! I do wish they had "safe to use in jetted tub" accoutrements/products, as in a soap, oil, or bath bomb you could use in the tub. I would even pay more for it! ***Just an idea to the owner, sell jetted safe products, or put some in the vending machines, people will buy them! I know I would! If I had thought about it prior I would of ordered some just to have it for my stay at the Village Inn.*** If I had to mention something I didn't really like was the bedding. The sheets were alright, but the comforter wasn't too cozy. It felt like it's been used for a while, but it didn't feel dirty. Other than that, it was awesome!
