The breakfast not was amazing but still good

Staff in the breakfast area and housekeeping were amazing. Very nice hotel. Second time to stay and both times fabulous.

Stay was good, rooms clean and breakfast was good, the only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working.

Breakfast was nice (the pancake station was odd…I’d have preferred a waffle maker). The space is very clean, coffee is always available, staff were super helpful, and the room was spacious. The bedding was extremely clean. The toilet kept running, which had to be managed (and was noisy). Also, the walls are VERY thin…we could hear folks next door, upstairs, etc. Less than ideal. There is a LOT of space beneath the door so it’s easy to hear people in the hall (and I’m assuming they heard us!) Also, the bathroom didn’t have a tub. The pool room was SUPER warm and no way to get away from that (which isn’t ideal when it’s so hot outside). Also, I couldn’t find a notepad ANYWHERE…do they not put them in rooms anymore? Leaving my husband a note was hilariously difficult.

I was arrived tired, hot and generally flustered due to traffic and chronic pain. Elaina, was sweet, kind and recognized a tired traveller. She immediately gave me a cold bottle of water and just made the whole process easy to check in. Gave me a room on the lower floor close so my tired body didn’t have to walk a mile. I was close in time to go meet my new in-laws and still didn’t have a dessert so she quickly suggested a perfect bakery to pick up dessert on the way. The suggestion was perfect and delicious. I will definitely be back and my experience because of her made it all excellent. I was treated at that moment as a human in need of kindness not just as a customer. Thank you so much!! 🙂❤️

it was nice we usually stay here very clean, you do have to remind them to please make your bed clean sheets. breakfast was nice, good selection

We have stayed numerous times at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Marysville. Even though our grandson moved away from Marysville, we keep coming back to your hotel and drive a little further to see our grandson.

Great room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, pool and hot tub were a plus.

I always stay here when I visit. The breakfasts are great, the room very neat and tidy and the beds very comfortable!! They always greet you when you are coming or going!

As a mom of 2, I will never stay anywhere else. Holiday Inn has everything I need. Modern, clean rooms with so much storage space, pool, hot tub, an amazing hit buffet breakfast that has pastries, biscuits with sausage gravy, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon and sausage (it's just so incredible what you get for the price). I used to stay at AirBnBs but with those getting pricier these days, I now stay at hotels, and Holiday Inn is the best. I only stay at Holiday Inns with the breakfast and pool now and then family loves it!
