Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Close proximity to the outlet malls! They were remodeling in the casino area but it was still easy to get around.

Very clean! Food ok but enjoyed our one night stay for a birthday party. Food was ok not much flavor. We had a hamburger in the draft and breakfast. Drinks good!

The staff not very personable didn't make me feel to inviting.The bed stunk like someone else's body order.Pillows stunk really bad had to cover them with towels just to try to sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable. I won't be returning ever again. The way they designed the room and the lighting thats it.

Excellent room size, beautiful decor, quiet/peaceful environment. Parking was very ample and the distance to the main freeway was perfect. The premium outlets and restaurants availability were a bonus! Nothing at all.

Beautifully decorated, nice ambiance. The concert venue had a good sound and cool circulating air. Not much in the variety of gambling. If there was card games we didn’t know where they were. The chairs in the concert venue were very uncomfortable

Large comfort beds and room. terrific shower and towels. Very quiet room. Efficient elevator. Most of all great staff, friendly and made sure our questions were addressed immediately.

Location Uncomfortable bed and not very clean found pen between headboard and mattress which makes me believe they don’t do a thorough job cleaning

Beautiful place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very secure and well maintained. Wish I could have stayed longer. There was nothing that was bad about this place.

hotel spa = closed Tuesday/Wednesday fitness center = cheap/non-functional/broken equipment Asked for options to refill my water bottle and told to just drink the bottled plastic water available everywhere. Who doesn't have a water bottle refill station?
