Beautiful hotel. Valet was pushy. When I say I don't need help with my luggage that means, "I don't need help." Plus no microwave in room.

It was clean and accommodating. The Bell attendant even took Canadian money as his tip when he brought our luggage to our room. I loved everything!

It was centrally located to outet mall and fairly smoke free which I enjoyed because the place didn’t smell like a smoke of cigarettes. All the staff was so pleasant and accommodating! In room 722 the bathroom auto light was not working properly so using the restroom in the middle of the night was extremely dark unless you turned on the other lights in the restroom. I think a new sensor installed will help a lot.

I love the location. Everything is there that you need The bathroom door would not stay shut. You can close door put it rolls back open. Curtains would not shut all the way

The resort is clean. It has great entertainment and food options. Blazing paddle pizza is amazing. The pool is great. You get an assigned area around the pool with couches chairs and tables to set your self up. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There was some construction in the casino area but nothing bad

Very clean! Food ok but enjoyed our one night stay for a birthday party. Food was ok not much flavor. We had a hamburger in the draft and breakfast. Drinks good!
