Very Clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a gym and a laundry facility. Their breakfast is also great.

The room amenities were great. Bed and pillows super comfy. No road noise considering how close we are to I-5. Closeness to restaurants is always a plus. Can only go one direction out of the parking lot...which was the wrong direction for us.

Big breakfast area and one person was trying to restock items and clean. She was great, even quickly took away my dirty utensil when I was inspecting it without me having me to complain. Room was brand new and clean, dishes available for use. Curtain to separate bed from sofa bed for a little privacy. Pool was saline, something I’m not used to so it was awesome, and they gave pool noodles and floaties. Only complaint was the room wasn’t totally cleaned on our 3rd day, hair was still on floor in bathroom and that small trash not emptied. Bed was poorly made. One thing I always forget is to tip so it was very convenient that they gave me the QR code of the person cleaning my room so I can pay online as I was checking out. I forgot my daughter’s purse and I’ve called several times to get assistance having it mailed back to Hawaii. I’m still waiting to hear back from them.

Other than the room not being cleaned between nights, this hotel was great.

The hotel is very clean and family friendly.Staff are very nice.They served a very nice breakfast too.Highly recommended 100%.

I like almost every thing but the price was a little too expensive

It was right off the freeway and there are many stores/food places to walk to that area very close. Over priced. The pool was very murky. The glasses in our room were crusty. Walls are thin so could hear way more than we needed to. The toilet was wobbly.
