Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods

The indoor pool at Pequot was very clean and kids friendly. The are at least 2 arcades here that kept the kids entertained. Guy Fieri's restaurant has a kid's menu that was really good as well. All restaurant staff super friendly.

The only critique I would give is that the elevators are very confusing. They need better signage. I was asked by so many people where to find an elevator that went..... Of course I was as lost as they were, especially when trying to find where I had parked.

I booked my hotel stay through Expedia gave the front desk concierge person my 80 she stated that she could not find my reservations. I pulled out my phone and showed her the confirmation number. She looked at it and stated that she did not have my reservations. Try calling Expedia and they were not able to pick up the phone had to purchase another room. The staff was not helpful at all.

The pool/hot tub was impressive and soothing; however, there was no effort to replace towels that evidently ran out. Several guests, including myself, were complaining.

The workers are so kind and very friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience.

Everything was clean but, the outdoor pool was not available, second it says that they have a white sand beach in the descriptions and they don't have any beach, you shouldn't put things in the descriptions with which they don't have

Stayed here for a mini getaway. 1st the lobby is very nice and staff was helpful. Check in was seamless and our room was ready upon arrival. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge with a separate counter set up as a vanity with stool. It was a bit outdated but very clean! I’ve always stayed at the Fox tower this was my 1st time at the Grand Pequot and I will definitely book it again.

Room was surface clean, but walls, doors jams were dirty. The tub didn’t drain as I showered, so I was standing in water which was gross. Not a lot of attention to detail. I was a bit disappointed.

Better breakfast options nearby and drinks and snacks in pool area

Everything about this hotel was excellent no complaints would go again in a heartbeat
