Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods

I celebrated my 25 Anniversary at Foxwood Pequot hotel we had a wonderful time we spent time at the pool and hot tub. we had breakfast at Martha Stewart restaurant and the food was very good. we also ate at Wahl burgers and it was also good. The day of our anniversary we ate at Cedars steak & Oysters and the food was excellent I had the Salmon and my husband had the prime rib and when I say that it was so tender you can't go there and not make a reservation treat yourself to a great food experience. waiter Jon was very nice even brought out dessert on the house it was amazing. I will go back again for sure. Thank you Foxwood Casino and staff for the wonderful experience.

Valet service fantastic.. made it easy for arrival and departure. Rooms centrally located which made our stay easy to dine and gamble. The premier theatre is a walk but very doable. Staff at check in were very accommodating but we never received a call when our room was ready as told we would. These were all minor in our opinion but want to hotel to make note of. We would stay again at the Pequot for sure.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Had a smoking room. Which really needed an overhaul. Cracked floor in bathroom. Guess it's the price you pay for convince of being a smoker. I stayed in same casino in a now smoking room a few weeks ago and bragging to friends how nice the room wss.

We went to Goxwood for a night out with friends and had a great time. We were able to upgrade our room to a suite for not a lot of extra money and it was great.....huge and well maintained. We had a very fun night out. Will definitely do it again.

Check-in time on Sunday was 5pm. Went to the check in desk at 5:38 pm and was told the room was not ready, they would text and email. I explained that we had a show to go to and that was unacceptable. The agent then said you need to read the fine print that the check in time is not guaranteed. Waited then went back up and talk to anew agent who upgraded me to a suite. By that time it had ruined my experience and I would never stay there again. Also said I wanted something refunded for the delay and was told that we had booked through a third party. Won't do that again ever.

First time at this property… it is HUGE… options for just about anything you can imagine!

The room was in serious need of being updated. Although clean the rugs were stained and furniture old.

We were unable to eat dinner in any of the restaurants. The front desk didn’t seem to care. The property was laid out in such a way to prevent you from being unable to avoid the casino.

Needs repair a lot of leaks in roof and waitress’ on the casino floor are so rude and unwilling to do their jobs. They bartenders at the actual bars are amazing and so much fun. Food options were great…only restaurant we didn’t like was sugar.

Foxwoods was amazing and had everything you needed in the property! Really great restaurants and best of all Hell’s Kitchen! I would definitely recommend staying at this resort.

There were bugs in the bathroom mirror that showed when lite up

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The parking area was filth and smelled of urine. It was a huge turn off. I did not even want to walk in it.

The hotel was very confusing to navigate. The Foxwoods app with the map was also very difficult to navigate. My room for the most part was clean. Although I did not get the room that I booked, there was Little to know hot water and since it was 10:30 PM when I was attempting the shower, I chose not to call the front desk. Instead, I took a lukewarm shower. I allowed the water to run for well over 30 minutes in the hopes that I would get hot water, the shower was not clean. There were remnants of someone else’s body hair on the corners of the tub that unfortunately I did not notice until I got in the shower. It would’ve been helpful to have been directed to the correct elevators to access my room because I had to walk a significant distance to get to my room because I did not take the correct elevators. I checked out rather early and asked three different employees for directions to get to the parking garage and one ignored me. The other said they didn’t know and the third gave me directions to walk down the driving access way into the parking garage. Mind you there is no sidewalk getting in there so I was toting my luggage through a car travel lane, hoping that no one came up behind me, as it was a single lane Area. Also, was unable to even utilize any hotel amenities because I was never explained where they were or what their hours were and there was nothing in the room or anywhere else to help me find that.

First time staying here & it was a great experience, definitely going back !

Will go again every thing was excellent stayed in a smoke free rooon . The whole floor was smoke free . Everything was in easy walking distance from the hotel. The elevator took you right into the casino.
