The man at the desk had no idea when the casino shuttle ran and had a giant wound on his arm that was not covered. Breakfast was fine, service at bar was very good.

The room could use a more attentive eye, but I am a housekeeper by trade so I tend to notice things most people don't. There was coffee stains down the door before we got into the room, the ceiling vents had some fur, the bathroom counter and the bottom of the tub both had some soap scum. The air conditioner screens were very fuzzy. The beds were clean, the floors were clean, and the room was well stocked. The staff was wonderful, the amenities were wonderful and clean, I would stay here again for the price.

Well located for local attractions, this property is recently renovated and nicely maintained. The three-story design provides a homey feel; although, it is large so ask for a room near an entrance if that’s important to you. I LOVED that the windows open. We were on the courtyard side on the second floor and it was very quiet. We stayed for four nights in a king suite and were very comfortable. The indoor pool is nice. The complimentary breakfast was minimal and crowded. Grab your coffee and go find a good place for breakfast in the casino or at a local restaurant. The shuttle to the casino is convenient but seems to run randomly so plan on taking advantage of the free parking at the casino if you’re keeping to a schedule. It’s an easy drive over. Self-parking at the hotel is free and plentiful so you can easily come and go whenever you want.

The cleanliness of the room was great as well as the whole building everything was clean and well placed the breakfast was good they had plenty to eat check in and check out where great as well and the pool is very nice and very clean

I was surprised this had low star ratings. It was clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities . Room was large. Pool and hot tub were nice

Great location and hotel

No manuals how to work the TV. When reported to the desk she was overwhelmed with checking in other customers. Should have been more than one person there. However upon check out the man who was updating the rooms or cleaning them was extremely pleasant and helpful. After the desk complaint about the TV and the AC not working properly whomever, possibly a Mike, all was working when we returned to the hotel after gambling.

We were so pleased to see Two Trees Inn had reopened and our stay did not disappoint! The hotel is well maintained, and our room was clean, specious and very comfortable. The pool area had ample chairs and towels, and we especially enjoyed having a restaurant on-site. We will definitely return.

We stayed 2 night at the Two Tree Inn and it was very clean, organized and easy access to Foxwoods. We would go again.
