Property was great. The rooms spacious. Breakfast was more like a family event than individual- loved that’s. Overall my family enjoyed the stay

It was very clean! The free breakfast was great! Thanks to Manny who runs the breakfast, she went out of her way to help and the food spread was a ten! The bar staff was so friendly and the food was very good! Front desk staff and cleaning staff so friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

The staff are helpful and everything, the only thing i would say is that they lack the sense of cleaning the rooms. I stayed in third floor of this inn, and we stayed for a couple of days, and we expected that when we came back from going out or etc. that the room would be picked up trash wise (the garbage bin was full for around 2 days). other than that, i would say that this place wasn't that bad overall.

I expected cheap roadside in poor shape. I got clean and quiet with pleasant staff.

When I checked in the desk attendant Dave Assured me the card I gave would only be used to hold until checkout when I wished to pay cash instead. Not 5 minutes later it was deducted from an acct I did not want it taken from. Including the 150% incidental fee which I have to now wait 3 days to have returned?! The cc I'd originally held it on had been stolen the night before which I'd planned to put it on. Total Bs all the way around. I then went to my room which was shabby at best. The couch and chair in the 2nd room were dingy and inviting. And there's no way the room had been vacuumed. There was dirt on the bathroom floor and garbage on the living room floor. I was thankful for clean sheets and towels tho. I'd been looking forward to my little getaway where I hadn't been in 20 years and had been happy to hear had reopened. It may be pretty outside and the woodwork inside is still pretty but the walls and especially worn carpet are in desperate need of an upgrade. And the windows, particulary in the sun room near the pool , need a real cleaning.. cause those are just Yuck. No, never again will I return or recommend again. I was misled and then disgusted.. no thanks, I'd rather camp.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great since it was just a 4 min drive to the casino. They did have a shuttle but we chose to drive instead. Overall a nice stay.

The property itself was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, they were out of a lot of items for dinner options so we only had a couple of items to choose from. The breakfast wasn’t what we were expecting as it was hard boiled eggs and cereal and bread items, no scrambled eggs or a meat protein offered. I did appreciate the gluten free bagel option though. The pool chlorination levels were so high that it was hard to breathe in the room while swimming. I understand needing to ensure that it maintains cleanliness but it was almost intolerable especially with younger children. I wasn’t entirely happy with my stay and I don’t think we would stay there again.
