Loved the floral trees and it’s natural environment Loved the colors of the hotel! We felt safe and I felt safe with the security of my vehicle.. loved the fact that the parking was within the confines of the hotel walls.

The staff was always attentive It could be that I'm just used to my bed at home, but I would wake up with a very stiff back from laying down.

On this very special occasion where in laws came from Southern Mexico for y holidays, we needed a safe and spacious room where we could room together. This is the second year we’ve been able to do this at this hotel. Parking is private. Jose and Lalo at front desk were very accommodating even moving a twin bed in for lack of a sofa bed. They also took good care of all of our suitcases after check out so that we could run last minute errands together. Location is great too! We were about to walk after super at Paseo La Reforma and go to a corner market for snacks for the kids. I think we had ask for blankets at the front office since our beds were only made with sheets. Good thing our in laws had brought some with them.

Location, was good, easy access and parking Dirty bathroom, no fridge, no safebox, no extra blanket, the room I got no window. In booking was 898 pesos, the hotel charged me with 1050pesos. Parking area was crowded.bathroom fill up with coakroaches.

Parking was very limited, and they turned off my AC during the day we didn’t have access to the thermostat, no room service Had to ask for towels for the following day.
