"The person that took my language was very friendly"

That it’s in city center It’s been a couple of times already that they have plumbing problems and they have to send us to the hotel across the street by Oxxo, they also charge me more than what I had reserved the room for on booking, when I went to talk to the receptionist she said something about not choosing to pay in dollars when I inserted my credit card. First of all, the machine did not asked me and second of all, it was an American credit card, what would I even pay with Mexican pesos with an American card, they charged me 5 dlls extra on top of everything, which is not too much extra for one night, but I did not like the action. I do not recommend

Good sound insulation of the rooms.The room had a microwave and a refrigerator.The towel, unlike other hotels, was clean. Excellent staff.

Location was great and cool staff ... Outlets were useless... tv did not work propperly.

To hot it did not had AC it would turn on for 2 min and stop like for 5 min sometimes more and star again Just with the 2 min on

The staff was aweful. Was no coffee and other in the morning and were reluctant to make it. They refused to give my deposit back when I left

We enjoyed our 1 night in a clean large room with a/c. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room has good lighting, ceiling fans, a desk, and a refrigerator. The parking is secure. Although the beds are comfortable, the pillows could be better.
