The employees, rooms- everything. Stay here every time I go to Matamoras for the dentist or the doctor and I’ve always recommended it to many people.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The bed was not very comfortable and felt quite hard. The Wi-Fi was very slow, which made it difficult to use at times. The food also wasn’t the best, and I think the quality could be better. With these improvements, the experience would be much more enjoyable.

I’ve never had a problem with the rooms or anything only thing water smelled like rotten egg. Also the front desk staff was super rude one of them started getting loud with me acting like it was my fault after she gave me a room with 1 bed instead of 2 beds how my booking had stated! She needs to get fired then every time she seen me she would say something to her coworker also talk about my daughter. She thinks she is the owner when she clearly isn’t.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and welcoming. I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The facilities are in desperate need of attention. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed that the bedding was stained, and there was hair throughout the sheets—clear signs that they had not been properly cleaned from the previous guest. I alerted the staff, who attempted to move me to another room. However, after being switched to four different rooms, I found the same issues: blood-stained sheets, visible mold, half-cleaned bathrooms, and an unpleasant odor in some rooms where mold was present. While the staff did try to assist, their solution was simply dropping off clean sheets after multiple complaints. To make matters worse, the shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. Frustrated and uncomfortable, I ultimately decided to cut my stay short. However, I was informed that the hotel does not offer refunds, which made the experience even more disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until significant improvements are made. Cleanliness and basic comfort should never be compromised, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts.

My reservation includes a free breakfast, the staff gave me a ticket for it but in the hotel’s restaurant when I gave to the waiter the ticket he didn’t say nothing and I had to pay for the breakfast.
