Comfort Inn & Suites Maumee - Toledo (I80-90)

This property was clean but the manager is terrible and talks to people in a rude manor. This property has potential to be great with the right management. We won’t be back

The room had a bad smell, the air conditioning was blasting when we entered. Perhaps to try to cover the smell. The bathmat was wet, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. At breakfast, there was a lot of empty containers.

Clean room and the property is inviting. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful

The room and hall had a strange smell and the staff wasn't very welcoming. The pool was nice but the breakfast orange juice tasted like it went bad. Not the best hotel but definitely not the worst.

The rooms were nice, comfy beds. The cleaning staff was not done by check in time. the bed in one room was squeaky. Breakfast was not ready when scheduled and one cair in dining area was sticky and covered in syrup.

The room had an unpleasant smell, of dampness and urine. I do not recommend it.

Breakfast was well stocked. Our bathroom had a walk-in shower.

Everything was great.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms cool and clean.

Didn’t care for the bathroom. No place to put wet towels in the bathroom. Hooks on back of door are good for hanging clothes when you take a shower but not for towels.

We did not like our stay. There was a hole in the sheets and the refrigerator defrosted everything overnight. Apparently, turning off the lights also turned off the refrigerator. Find a better place!

I did not complete my stay due to noise on the hallway by my room. I did not have breakfast either.

Comfort Inn & Suites (not to be confused w/ comfort inn down the road) is a convenient place to stop off route 80 on a trip from NJ to Chicago. Nothing fancy, but feels like a clean, safe property located conveniently off route 80 w/ food choices nearby if you need more from your stop. Reasonable price for a road trip pitstop.

Room was clean, place was quiet and breakfast was just right.

Hotel and rooms very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were on the first floor and it was quiet. Deck clerks very friendly and helpful and professional. Nice breakfast bar. Air conditioning was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Good property right off the tollway. The breakfast area was crowded but food was decent.
