Bathroom smelled like e-cigarettes, breakfast required a fee, linens on one bed smelled like perfume, other bed and towels smelled clean.

Even though it's close to 80/90, it is quiet and feels isolated. The restaurant on site is great, and the pool was great for my kiddo. Beds are getting past their prime, and the shower drain didn't work well. Otherwise it was great!

They switched our room to the top floor because there were a lot of (loud) kids there that weekend. Very nice and extremely understanding!

Room was fine, staff was pleasant. We had no housekeeping service, despite not hanging out the hanger that requests no housekeeping service. When I inquired at the desk, they said you have to request service "because some people don't want anyone entering their room." Seems to me those few should have to request no service, and that's why the hang tag is provided. Also, breakfast is not provided, so we assumed we could order breakfast at the hotel restaurant. But no, it's only an ordinary buffet that you get at any other hotel, but here you have to pay for it. Very disappointing.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The fitness center was very uncomfortable due to the preset thermostat at 76 degrees. Please fix this. It was like a sauna in there. There was no hand sanitizer. I did appreciate the cold water dispenser though.
