No AC in the hallways and lobby, it was 90 degrees and humid the entire stay. The breakfast was poorly stocked, the eggs were barely warm (warming dish was not working right per staff), and we gave up eating there and had to spend money on a decent breakfast elsewhere. The room across from us had dogs that barked all night long, when we notified the desk nothing changed. The toilet ran continuously from the second night on, notified the desk nothing changed. On our last day there the toilet handle would not work at all to flush the toilet. There was a girls softball team staying there who ran up and down the hallways until 11 or 11:30 every night except the last night there. The room was clean but could use some maintenance and a coat of paint. Overall disappointing stay for a Wyndym facility charging $120 a night. At checkout the manager was there and stated they are "in transition" whatever that means.

Great be night stop

There were 2 staff members that were extremely helpful. Others were rude and unhelpful. The house keepers were very rude. It was kept clean for the most part. Due to the 2 helpful staff members, I'd go back. They seemed to be genuine so I feel like the manager doesn't know how rude the others are. I should have spoke up, but did not.

The in the room side of the door really really needed to be cleaned. It was a soda exploded on it or something.

there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs and stroller very inconvenient, I request bottom floor when lady at front desk told me there was no elevator and she said she couldn’t move me since I already checked in, that should have been my first warning to leave but I thought okay it will be okay then my grandma and 8 year old went to the pool and it was filthy brown and dirt on the bottom..need better maintenance and housekeeping, for this property very run down!!

The hot tub was wonderful! Breakfast was good. We had scrambled eggs and sausage. Mmmmm. Beds were comfortable. We'll stay at Americinn again.

Comfortable and clean

This hotel is perfect for a road-trip stop, since it's right on the highway and quiet. I was looking for somewhere I could ride my road bike nearby too, and it was absolutely perfect for that - lots of quiet rural roads all around.

Very easy and simple

Our stay was pretty average. It wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay here again. Just dust collecting in areas, the carpet could have been cleaner, etc. The beds were fine, and the pillows were small and a little flat, but they were okay as well.

The staff were wonderful, professional and helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged. This should have been identified by the cleaning crew and corrected. The fixtures were clean.

Haley rude when I checked in, I did not appreciate her attitude other than her the room was great and I would stay there again
