Extended Stay America Suites McAlester Hwy 69

The price was very reasonable. It was in a quiet place outside of town There were few amenities but, I wasn't paying for amenities. It was clean, quiet and uncluttered.

Large spacious rooms

The entire place had a very unpleasant odor. I realized being an extended stay there were a lot of groups staying there so it was more apartment life vs hotel life. I wouldn't want to stay there again but I survived. The staff was amazing and very helpful! The tenants not so much. The lobby floors are an accident waiting to happen! Slick as snot! It was raining while we were there so we were extremely careful when coming in with wet feet. Anyway stay at your own risk!

Parking felt safe and the ad good lighting. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean except for some of the floors but a little outdated. For the price it was a good overnight stay.

AC kept kicking off floor was dirty and the lock was broke on the door!!

The ad said good breakfast. There was no breakfast, just a grab and go muffin. The queen bed was broken down like a hammock. If one person layed down, he rolled to the middle, and the next person had nowhere to sleep. Obviously a whale had last slept in it.

Clean room, well kept, great housekeeping and maintenance staff

Room could have been swept better. Bedding was thin. Had heat on 74 and still a bit cool.

Kitchen didn’t have anything and if I needed to prepare food would have to bring pots, utensils, stuff to clean with and don’t like just granola bars or cereal for breakfast. Only reason I chose this is because of recliner in room. My daughter is handicapped and has to sleep sitting up, otherwise she keeps me up all night.

I am not sure who wrote all these 10/10 reviews but they are not truthful. The beds were spring beds and felt about 20 years old. The sheets were brown and everything had a funky smell. We left and got a room elsewhere. Very disappointed. I will say the staff was very nice.

No, you had to ask for dishes. There was a sign saying you could customize it.

Restaurants for lunch and dinner across the parking lots, other restaurants close by. Lots of litter outside and in the surrounding area.

Convenient location and it allows pets and it has a kitchen and it just feels like home away from home The property could use a better breakfast selection
