Quality Inn & Suites McAlester on Hwy 69

Room was nice. Staff was kind. Will stay again if the elevator is working.

Property needs to be cleaned. Upgrades need to be made. It was a standard hotel. Staff was very nice and pleasant breakfast was a standard hot breakfast But\n All in all our stay was pleasant.

The elevator did not work and when I got to my room I found food in the refrigerator that was moldy look like it had been there for several days. Indians own this hotel and they acted like nothing was wrong when I showed them the food do not stay here

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this hotel was maintained. Everything felt fresh, the common areas were tidy, and my room was spotless. It was a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The front desk staff was welcoming without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. For the price, this was an excellent value, and I'd be happy to stay here again whenever I'm in McAlester.

The nighttime staff we had was decent, but the morning staff was nowhere to be found. Even after ringing their alert bell, we waited at least 5 minutes before someone came to the desk to check us out. Needless to say it was definitely not a 10/10 experience and personally I'd give it a 2/10, not a good experience and we definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

Toilet wasnt bolted down ,and kept tipping when in use..

Finding the place at midnight was tough. It is literally behind Walmart and very sketch. We walked in and it smelled right from the start. We finally got a room THAT we had reserved ahead of time. The room was so dirty. Floors had not been swept under or behind or near any furniture. When I pulled the sheets back a bug went running from under the pillow. The pullout couch was our third bed that we needed and it looked like it had been taken from a dumpster. I think it is time to let it go and buy a new one. We made it all work since we only had 6 hours before we needed to get back on the road. That night a bad storm rolled in and our window decided to leak flooding the window sill and making a dripping sound all night. It was a rough night. The listing was very deceiving.

Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable There was an awful smell of old food and throw up all on the second floor. When we got in our room the trash had not been dumped and it looked like there was blood splattered in the bath. The staff was nice and moved rooms but it just felt gross.

Location and value was fine. Laminate flooring in the hallway made the noise during the night a little much.

It was an ok stay. Hotel under renovations. Security latch in our room was broken. Though the room was nice, it seemed there was some dirtiness to it. Things were a bit off. Not bad, if stay again for convenience.

Very nice property

Nothing. While staying there I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I was in room 321. When I notified the staff of this issue they stated “thank you for letting us know, that helps the cleaning staff.” They did not even offer a refund. After a long day of traveling I wanted a place to relax and rest my head. But after seeing that I could not sleep. I did not even eat the breakfast there because I was so grossed out. I do not recommend this place, despite the good reviews on here and on Google.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast provided was nice. Our room needed help. The hairdryer had been removed and not replaced. There was no seating in the handicap shower. Just handrails and that didn't work for me. I needed something to sit on. We couldn't get any TV. A notice came on the screen saying the service had expired. Plus there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk to ask questions about the TV situation. I would never recommend this place and we would never stay here again. I did complain to the front desk when checking out. She just added it to a list she already had going for complaints.

This was a very disappointing stay, the reviews made me think this was a top quality property, but the actual experience was very bad. Refrigerator had a repulsive smell, the walls were thin enough to hear a two-sided phone conversation, the floor and walls were gross. Would never stay here again.
