Great.

Customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were fine. However, the carpet in the room was wet and there was a general smell of mildew. We even found mold/mildew on the lamp shade. This hotel was $$$ cheaper than our usual hotel, but subpar in the long run.

The room was outdated and smelled musty, as if someone had smoked in it recently. ( Supposed to be a non- 🚬 room). Loved the pool area. The breakfast was ok, although I had to leave and come back because the buffet wasn't restocked fast enough.

The room was so nice and clean with white linen and towels. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well each night we stayed. Breakfast was so good with delicious biscuits, eggs, sausages, grits and sausage gravy. The staff was so very nice and friendly. Housekeeping cleaned our room and gave us new fresh towels without us even have to request it. My family and I will definitely stay at the Comfort Inn the next time we come McComb, MS.

I like comfort of the bed The hotel is very much in need of a remodel to be the rate it is it gives old and even had the old smoke smell in the rooms which i asked for a non smoking room

There are a few reasons I didn't give higher ratings. 1. Every time I went to the front counter, including check-in, the person behind the desk was outside smoking. They apologized every time, but it was more than twice. 2. The door to my room (#118) needs to be replaced. It is hard to get the lock to go in the door frame. I had to jiggle and push/pull until it went in after a two minute struggle. 3. My door it self looks like it was pried open at the bottom. The doorframe is bent enough at the bottom that you can see into the hallway. 4. The lady that came out to clean up while we were eating breakfast kept mumbling about how people don't know how to close the lids on the containers of the food. I understand she was frustrated, but you don't do that in front of customers.

Me and my family has been staying at this hotel for the last five years every time that we come to Macomb Mississippi we always get great vibes. The hostess is always sweet and respectful always.What do we need? N/A

The breakfast was really good. The location is great when you’re trying to get into the downtown area or go out for a drink or two. The size of the soap they give you the smallest pieces of soap ever in life to take a bath or anything with thank God I had my own soap, other than that everything was fine

The staff was nice and the property seemed well maintained except for the fact that I had to kill a roach in my room the next morning prior to checkout.

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful. The property was outdated. Could use some improvements.

The room was unlevel and the dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed.they ran out of 2% milk and whole milk.i had to go find someone to get more.they ran out of eggs and said they were cooking some more but never brought any out before I just left.it was like they put the food out when it opened and that was all they were going to do,no one there overseeing it.i asked about the unleveled floor and they just blew it off and said there had been inspections done.find a different place to stay
