Toilet does NOT FLUSH!!! Bathroom door does NOT CLOSE!!! With those things not wOrking, I normally pay $45.00 for that poor quality of repair needed.

Nothing No waterand staff had bad attitudes

The location and ease getting in and out. Upon arrival we found a pill laying in floor under sink area. It was not ours so that told me the room was not cleaned very well.

They staff was very rude and the housekeeper still went inside my room even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was extremely tall. I had trouble getting into bed. It took a lot of effort. Everything else was great. The lowest scores for the room are because of the bed that was almost inaccessible

I love those beds they are soooo comfortable it's my favorite part literally. I also love going to get waffles in the morning, the washer and dryer were right outside my room and also the vending machine which was so convient for me . The lady at front desk at night, asian woman.. my room was paid for upon arrival and i get there and she's looking in the system then talking to herself stating it wasn't my address and that the phone numbers were different. I just feel like she dies entirely too much . My room was paid for I don't understand why she operates like that. And don't get me started on housekeeping.. that young girl didn't clean my room.. she barely fixed my bed and then she lied like she pulled my trash but she didn't.. also there was hair in the shower and tub .

The employee had a wonderful attitude I have roaches in my room

Easy to find and close to family members. Bed wasn't comfortable, staff questioned me why I needed more towels. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Only thing I like the owners was very respectful The bathroom could’ve been better needs new toilets n better shower heads. The bed was as clean as I thought and towels was stained really bad

It was clean and they accommodated my need for a smoke free room even though I booked the wrong room I don’t much like doors on the outside

This was just a quick overnight stay. Did not have much interaction with staff but what little I did was friendly. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The shower was excellent with great pressure!! (and again very clean). My husband had a breakfast sandwich and a waffle and he said it was pretty good. The breakfast seems to end early as by the time I got there it was over. There also didn’t seem to be a lot of channel options.

Nothing. I called the day I was suppose to check in. The lady yelled and was rude about my reservation basically telling me I never paid. I paid on booking.com. She was nasty gave me a headache for over an hour until she realized she needed to call the manager.
