The location The room was not what I expected. The sheets had holes in them. The chair had cushion coming out of the pillow. The pillows on the bed were worn and too small. The mattress topper kept coming off. The tub was not clean at all. The bath towels were a brownish color. It’s just not what I experienced from previous stays.

Great location! Tub does NOT HOLD WATER!!! Toilet does NOT FLUSH!!! Bathroom door does NOT CLOSE!!! With those things not wOrking, I normally pay $45.00 for that poor quality of repair needed.

Was not a large breakfast, but food was provided and more made when we came to eat. Room was adequate for my family and for a quick one night stay.

Upon arrival we found a pill laying in floor under sink area. It was not ours so that told me the room was not cleaned very well.

They staff was very rude and the housekeeper still went inside my room even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was extremely tall. I had trouble getting into bed. It took a lot of effort. Everything else was great. The lowest scores for the room are because of the bed that was almost inaccessible
