During arrival hotel front desk cancel my reservation due to no rooms available.

The booking was listed as having a pool and the room looked ok. When I checked in there was maybe a manager training someone to run the front desk. The lady training the other lady did not mention the pool being closed or point to this little sign saying the pool was closed on the opposite end of where I was standing. The guy that worked the evening was level headed and explained to me the pool was closed because it was waiting on some kind of inspection. Nothing was ever mentioned at check in and I had my 12yo soon with me who wanted to swim on the 4th.

Very good breakfast. Was a little slow getting refilled but not that long of wait. Nothing we could complain about actually.

The main attraction when I first walked in the door “friendly staff “. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were so comfortable I didn’t want too leave . Breakfast could have been a little better , I don’t like cheese instant eggs some people prefer fresh dairy free cheese should be an option along with other choices like turkey meats .
