When we checked into our room, the bathroom had black mold and holes in the wall. We immediately tried to leave and get a refund. The manager refused to give us a refund. I showed him the black mold in the restrooms. He didn’t care I had to call Expedia. Which took a very long time. Expedia was finally able to refund me my money. It’s going to take up to 10 business days. I strongly recommend you find other places to stay. Royalcrest hotel is terrible.

Feet stuck to carpet. The faucet on the sink was completely broken off. TV remote didn't work at all. All the soda machines were empty. The ice machines worked with questionable hygienic maintenance. Sheets seemed clean.

Bed was super uncomfortable, shower barely worked and wouldn't drain,the ceiling in the shower covered in mold, hair dryer plug was a fire hazard.

Hotel has a 200 deposit they didnt put on the wesite so when i showed up they refused to give the key i paid for.

We have been staying at Royal Crest for 25 years! It is not fancy, but we come back over and over because we can depend on soft, clean beds and a kind and no nonsense staff.

I was able to sleep. That's it. Cracks in all the walls, cigarette burn holes in the bed covers.

Provided ~ just what I needed, a quiet place to rest.

Food close gas is right next to you the only thing is that everything is old where I'm scared to put a black like on it but it's cheap so if your just stay for a day or two would recommend.

Very pleasant visit continue to stay an additional two weeks still searching for a place to stay in the area this is a great stopping space for anyone that needs a nice clean room pleasant staff

Not aware of any breakfast, however checked in by Sandy an older kind lady that’s very patient . Family owned business and I appreciate that. All vending machines are un stocked. Ice machine but no water . It’s an older facility, but getting ice at night outside has no lighting. If there was a light in the hallway it would add extra security. I have had some problems with my door lock for 2 weeks that I was there. They have been trying to fix it but still have to be asked to get into my room. Not convenient for them or my self if I am out late.

The place was absolutely filthy! There were dirty stains on the walls, other types of unidentifiable stains on all other surfaces, and don't get me started on the carpet. This motel has gone way down hill between the last time I stayed here (25 years ago), and my recent stay. It has declined drastically. Don't know if it's a management issue, or they're just struggling to stay in business and can't afford to hire people to clean the rooms, but it's pretty rock bottom now.

Nothing I was charged $50.00 Deposit for incidentals which was never returned. The room was horrible chairs had holes in them Carpet wasn't even flat had lumps everywhere. Next to fas stations so it smelled like gas.

NOTHING. it was absolutely horrible cockroach invested and disgusting EVERYTHING. it was disgusting cockroach invested nothing was clean and it smelt like cigarettes absolutely filthy.
