But one thing was for sure if you wanna have a clean room around Medford I think this was one of the best options Where I stay there again, probably not

Whomever checked me in was wonderful. And then I had to add a day and they helped me with that and made it easy. If they could see who helped with Both of those people deserve praise. I was actually evacuated from my home due to wild fires. Nothing that I can think of.

The rooms don’t look like in the pictures. When I arrived the front door was being blocked by a huge truck that was unloading furniture and was it was difficult to access and to unload any luggage. The room had no tv in it. We had to go to the front desk and inquire about it. No phones to call the front desk. Pool was closed. Restraunt didn’t serve breakfast. Lady at the front desk couldn’t speak understandable English. Our bathroom sink was plugged. The hotel gives off the appearance like it’s an upscale hotel but it is nothing like what you would think after look at it in the pictures. Rooms are very small and the hallways are very narrow.

It felt safe and was pretty clean and the staff was nice. I couldn’t sleep at all so it was was a waste of money. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were scratchy and cheap and unfortunately just awful. The door to the stairs was opened so many times through out the night and was ridiculous how loud it was. You can hear the road, the guest were loud. I was pissed the whole time. Maybe fine if ur not by stairs but not for me.

Need more amenities, breakfast also. Floor Matt’s in rooms, pictures . Make it feel like home. Information on place to go, tv info etc.

The beds were very squeaky and low to the ground.

New building, so all was pristine and shining new. Close to all we wanted to do. Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was right. Can highly recommend this facility.

Staff was very helpful explaining issues like hair dryers were available upon request, there wasn’t one in the room.

It was very cold & sterile. The suites have kitchens with no dishes, utensils or even a coffee maker. There wasn’t a hair dryer provided & just a bar of soap & one bottle of shampoo. It was clean but very uninviting & sterile. I wouldn’t stay here again when other hotels offer more welcoming & comforting amenities.

Our room smelled like fire. The elevator was broken so couldn't change rooms easily. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. We only stayed one night for a quick sleep then back on the road.
