New building, so all was pristine and shining new. Close to all we wanted to do. Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was right. Can highly recommend this facility.
-
Staff was very helpful explaining issues like hair dryers were available upon request, there wasn’t one in the room.
-
Room was very "plain jane". OK for overnight stay, appliances appeal to multi night stay. Good location. Roosters, across the street, a very good restaurant for breakfasts

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were somewhat clean. Not much on amenities. The amenities that were nice were the microwave and full refrigerator with freezer. Also, being pet friendly was great for us.

The absolute cheapest mattress I have ever slept on. No box spring either. Bed frame was a cheap metal one like from a discount store. Furniture was all cheap feeling. Pillows, sheets and mattress were all horrible and cheap feeling. Sheets were some sort of polyester. Could also hear truck noise from the highway,

Close to where we needed to be.

You can’t use the room because two rooms have fires in them because of the microwave previously so this brand new hotel you can’t use the microwave cause whatever caused the fire they haven’t bothered to find out and fix it. That’s annoying.

This is a brand new place so staying here. I thought everybody everything would be imperfect shape. I was wrong apparently there had been two fires due to the microwaves prior to us getting there. So the fire department said don’t use the microwaves until you can figure out what’s wrong with them. I have no idea if they were trying to figure it out or not, but what they told us was all of the microwaves are unplugged and please don’t use them. A microwave is a pretty important part of quick, fix breakfast, etc. when you’re staying at a hotel. Also, when you’re staying at a hotel with the kitchen at it would be helpful if you had a pot or a pan or utensils or things like that… Well, you don’t here. I mean they have them, but you have to buy them from them unless you have someone that you can get one from. I got one from my sister along with some utensils but honestly, if you’re gonna have a kitchenette, it probably oughta come with some utensils that you don’t have to buy from the front desk. We had anywhere from 2 to 4 people staying at any given time and it was small. It was small when there was two people staying there. We were there for over 10 days and the price does go down when you stay longer however it was a small room and the microwave wasn’t functioning so it was not up to par for being a brand new place. Also, when I got a room for my daughter, I wanted her to stay in the same hotel and because she only stayed four days the cost of her room was way more expensive

Great customer service

I also thought there might be a coffee maker in the room along with some dishes and cutlery but the kitchenettes are not stocked with those items. However, new and clean with a nice size refrigerator. The property is clean and well maintained, but it is literally on top of a freeway. The check-in clerk very kindly accommodated my request to be as far away from the freeway as possible but I could still hear it through the vent in the bathroom and the air conditioner. For people that don't like the noise, that might be an issue. It's close to restaurants and other services though.

Clean, safe and efficient. Great room for the price.
-
No tissue, no hair dryers ( 2 per the hotel) no hand towels, NO kitchenette supplies whatsoever, no pool, no vending or breakfast of any kind and no area of supplies for purchase. EXTREMELY NOISY!!!

We were told that we couldn't use the microwaves.

Room was clean enough. Room had a kitchenette but no dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. Only a cutting board (no knife.) No in room coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby but they ran out of cups, so only if you had your own cup, and there were no cups or mugs in the kitchenette. When we checked in we were told the in room microwaves were all unplugged "for safety," but we could use the 1 microwave in the lobby. We were provided towels and washcloths but no hand towels. You needed your key card to enter the area where the rooms are, which I guess is a safety feature but also inconvenient, especially when bringing luggage in and out. Location of property was convenient and person at the front desk was friendly but the lack of amenities, especially for a room with a kitchenette, was disappointing.

Excellent value compared to all other Hotels in the area.

It was all around good but the bed...it was very squeaky.
-
It was a great hotel, staff was nice, it was clean with no issues

Very new and clean rooms!

It was clean, very comfortable, easy to get to and my daughter and I felt very safe with the interior door leading to the rooms needing a key card to get through.
