WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5

Worth the price. Comfortable and new. No breakfast was a negative, other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Property was clean and plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and very quiet even though its location is right next to the freeway. Room was sparse, no hand towels or wash rags and although we didn’t need for our stay, no kitchen utensils or silverware. No in room coffee and additional internet charges for multiple devices. Not very much but, still a charge. No tissue just toilet paper. For the price, a good value.

I have stayed at many Extended Stay motels - this one had large refrigerator freezer, 2 burner cook top, and microwave...Had to go back to the desk to ask for an ice bucket, no hand towels, had to ask for some; NO PLATES, SILVERWARE, COOKING POTS OR PANS - desk clerk said people bring their own - I am on vacation, or if I were a business person, I would not be travelling with my own pots, pans, plates, etc. NO TABLE, so inverted the laundry basket. Only one bedside table, so for a couple travelling with 2 C-PAP machines, had to put one on the floor. Bed was noisy - mattress on a metal spring. New but lacking in soooo much.

Everything was nice and clean and staff was very friendly!

The room size was great and facilities are excellent. The staff is also polite and kind. They won't offer housekeeping services to people who stay for less than 7 days during a visit.

Over all the place is great I will be recommending to everyone I know everything was clean and very nice from the TV to the bed to the lobby to the property outside and the staff all went above to make my stay great the people above me and next to me must have been rearranging there rooms all night because all night they were moving stuff and banging around other then that if I need a room again I will be back for sure

The location is great check in is so easy and smooth staff was great the rooms are very clean and spacious the walls are not paper thin that makes for a great stay I've extended my stay 3 times since I checked in and its been so easy to do I needed this room as emergency housing for my daughter and I so this has helped out having this place in town as a long stay hotel I'm most likely going to stay longer as well Thank you Wood Springs for being here for my family in this time of need No Coffee in room No Pots and Pans in room No dishes,plates,cups, or silver wear in room However you can go to the front desk and ask for it all and you can get coffee in the lobby but it would be more convenient to have it in room

Good spot and close to food locations.

There were too many homeless people near the property. I also think the 60 dollar pet fee was extremely high.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We didn’t need much help but, if anything were to come up, I’m confident the issue would be easily resolved. The room was clean and in great condition. I’ve no complaints about the stay or room. A note about the pricing question though: the booking was for ~$2000 but I was charged $2300. I remember being asked a question about paying for the stay upfront or by the week. I chose the former and wonder if this somehow overrode the price I was quoted at time of reservation.

Pet could be a bit larger.

I liked the location being off the I-5 and I liked that the floors in the room were laminate, not carpeted. The first room I was in smelled really bad. I asked to change rooms and the second one was better, however, there was a huge dust/hair ball on floor and kitchen sink was dirty. There are no amenities in room- no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no kitchen ware and no cups. The non-refundable pet fee was $50 which I thought was very high, especially since there is no carpeting.

But one thing was for sure if you wanna have a clean room around Medford I think this was one of the best options Where I stay there again, probably not
