WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5

But one thing was for sure if you wanna have a clean room around Medford I think this was one of the best options Where I stay there again, probably not

Need more amenities, breakfast also. Floor Matt’s in rooms, pictures . Make it feel like home. Information on place to go, tv info etc.

The beds were very squeaky and low to the ground.

New building, so all was pristine and shining new. Close to all we wanted to do. Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was right. Can highly recommend this facility.

Staff was very helpful explaining issues like hair dryers were available upon request, there wasn’t one in the room.

It was very cold & sterile. The suites have kitchens with no dishes, utensils or even a coffee maker. There wasn’t a hair dryer provided & just a bar of soap & one bottle of shampoo. It was clean but very uninviting & sterile. I wouldn’t stay here again when other hotels offer more welcoming & comforting amenities.

Our room smelled like fire. The elevator was broken so couldn't change rooms easily. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. We only stayed one night for a quick sleep then back on the road.

Room was very "plain jane". OK for overnight stay, appliances appeal to multi night stay. Good location. Roosters, across the street, a very good restaurant for breakfasts

Location Very new hotel. Noisy all the time. Every door slams. No kitchen supplies never provided so kitchen was useless Uncomfortable bed.

I loved the kitchenette and bathroom I love the view to wake up to mountains I hate the temu beds the beds are so uncomfortable. They are so easy to move and when they move it’s very loud.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were somewhat clean. Not much on amenities. The amenities that were nice were the microwave and full refrigerator with freezer. Also, being pet friendly was great for us.

The room The bathroom comfort height toilet No Kleenex Bed was 6 inches off the floor making it very challenging to even get up off the bed ….. and why? ????

The absolute cheapest mattress I have ever slept on. No box spring either. Bed frame was a cheap metal one like from a discount store. Furniture was all cheap feeling. Pillows, sheets and mattress were all horrible and cheap feeling. Sheets were some sort of polyester. Could also hear truck noise from the highway,

Nothing this hotel has quickly turned into a transient drug using and dealing environment with scummy weird gross ppl hanging around outside and inside ppl not staying here it’s nasty and dirty smells of cigarettes in Marijuanna but suppose to be non smoking facility , security and safety jeopardize and not a soul cares side door propped open with rocks what’s the point of key cards don’t be fooled this property needs all new management no one here cares about a damn thing if you value safety peaceful environment don’t stay here slamming doors loud music banging beds constant noise of sex kids running non stop on ceilings domestic violence and with kids involved screaming fighting nothing gets done it’s chaotic and not a professional clean welcoming environment at all and very dirty Nothing absolutely nothing it’s not clean it’s not a child environment at all random men constantly going in and out constant noise of sex and dogs barking with children in same room ! just wrong to witness and have to hear

I didn't like having to go to the lobby for coffee. Our room was close to the lobby but hearing the door from the lobby open and close was annoying all night. The beds were ok. Last night we were there the room across from us burnt food causing a horrible smell. The smell of the burnt food was worse in our bathroom but stuff happens.
